Island Zero is a big fat zero

Are these reviews serious? Did they watch the same movie I just watched? Bad acting, bad accents (I live in New England) they shouldn't try so hard. Where is the story? Where is the plot? Where is the writer's brain? So many mistakes it isn't even funny. And the ending. You have to be kidding! Why didn't they just run toward the chain saws? They could have just added a shed full of chain saws and a maniac. It would have made more sense. Waste of time.

Kill his wife? Will he live after being stabbed? Why is he so stupid? I mean really, watching it I thought he did the things he did on purpose, for a reason we would find out at the end. Nope. Nothing. Frustrating. Why didn't they tie it all together? I guess we will never know. They should have watched Layer Cake before they made this movie. Then maybe they would have known how to do an ending correctly.

What were they thinking? Really bad acting, really bad script, really bad directing, and why oh why doesn't anyone do research before they make a movie. They said "ok let's have a potato farmer"- but they knew nothing about potato farming. They said "ok, let's have a kidnapping, FBI, money laundering, the Russian mob, Bit Coin"- but they knew nothing about anything. The music was very thrilling. It made you think something exciting was about to happen over and over and over. It never did.

We watched waiting for the "big twist". What twist? Pathetic. We thought it was supposed to be a thriller, instead what we got was a sad lifetkme channel movie.

The opening title is "Christams Twister" you know you are in trouble. I could not believe the title was spelled wrong! And it just got worse from there!

I have seen a lot of crime movies in my life. This is, hands down the worst. No script, no plot, horrible acting, worse editing. Don't bother.

Is having actors in their fifties trying to portray a couple that wants to have more children. Who casted this? Gina Gershorn is 2 years younger than me. She looks 2 years younger than me! I do realize that Nicholas cage could be a father at any age, but come on. Completely predictable plot. Another boring movie in the same, super rich, super stupid, pretty people genre.
