Surprise Me! (2017)
The worst
Quite possibly the worst movie I've ever seen. So many parts that made no sense. So many extra characters around that they tried to make larger than life. Was this is comedy? Was this a drama? I'm still not sure. Only got a 2nd star because I did watch til the end because I wanted to send how they ended up...
UnREAL (2015)
Like a trainwreak
This is one crazy a** show. The first season had me really questioning if that's what The Bachelor/Bachelorette are really like. The next three seasons just got out of control. But I Couldn't. Stop. Watching.
Signed, Sealed, Delivered: To Whom It May Concern (2014)
Beautiful story
Sometimes these movies can be a bit cheesy. But this story- in 45 minutes it touches on the heartbreak of war, the effects it can have on soldiers, and how one small act can completely change and inspire a life. I cried watching this.
Better Late Than Never (2016)
Best Reality Show
I laughed so hard I cried. The dynamic between the group is heartfelt and hysterical. It's also fun to get to see all the places they go. I wish they would do more seasons!
In Plain Sight (2008)
Good cast
I remember watching some of this series when it first aired on USA, but I recently rewatched the entire series on Prime. I think the cast has good chemistry, and the storylines are interesting. I started to get s bit bored with all the family drama, but that finally dialed back a little to focus again on the WitSec families.
I really appreciate the way they wrapped this series in many ways. Watching Mary become a mother and find common ground with the baby's father gave us a chance to see another side of her. I thought they did a nice job of wrapping up the storyline with her father in an interesting and emotional way. I'm So glad they didn't have Mary and Marshall end up together. Although they have good chemistry and a real connection, it never felt like a romantic connection to me. The only thing I dislike was the storyline for Brandi. Having her leave peter at the alter? Gross. They had her come so far, and yes I know that a slip up would be possible for her given her past, but peter never asked her or expected her to be anyone but who she was. Perhaps it was the only way they thought they could explain both Brandi and peter being MIA For the last season...I feel like his character deserved better.
