This movie is great, the switch from modern day to 1984 is done very well, but I feel like this should've been handled like it chapter 2, the first movie takes place in 1984 and then the second movie takes place in modern day, but the plot twist with the daughter being the killer should've been handled better, it kinda came out of nowhere and it's weird that I enjoyed the 1984 parts a lot more, and in the garage scene where she kills the dad she should've have kilked him like it was done in 1984 Because that would've been a callback, and I feel like the shadow part was never explained that it was the sickness.

I stopped watching it halfway through, the movie starts out in this world were supposed to know but the problem is, I have no idea what's going on, the CGI is funky, the trailer is very misleading, and I have very little hopes for part 2, the villain is nothing but a cheap costume from spirit Halloween I'll much rather spend my time watching antboy than this, the story never ends I have no idea what the characters name Is this movie is written like Harrison Ford wanted to do his very own star Wars but the entirety of the movie I was falling asleep, this movie doesn't even deserve a 1 and a half star.

For a movie based on a Saturday morning kids tv show about sveppi just hanging around in his room, this takes a completely different turn, having the villains in this movie being terror???s is a very interesting pick for a kids movie, if you find yourself confused why Sveppi sometimes talks to the camera it's because he did that all the time in the tv series, and if you feel like you are supposed to know the characters then again they are all in the tv series, the characters are great in full honesty but can be a little campy because they're supposed to be 7year olds played by fully adult comedians but other than that great Icelandic cinema.
A great sequel with some mid villains

You can see this movie has a big budget step up from the first movie, this movie feels much more darker than the first antboy movie, is it just me or did the costume change a bit, my only flaw with this movie is that why does pelle suddenly like ida, the red fury is a very suspenseful villain but her motive could have been a bit better, the CGI got a big step up and it really tells, the terror twins are kinda of a waste of time, they literally chose the school bullies from the first movie to be the main villain that's like making flash the villain in spiderman 2 but otherwise a good sequel....

This film is great in all places but you can sometimes see this was not made by an million dollar studio, I praise the suit a lot but in kinda needs a chin strap but other than that it's a very compelling storyline, the villain is a bit overweight but that didn't bother me at all since he littering drinks bloodblood, the attack on the school is great, very well shot a little campy but great, the CGI is very good at someolaces but can be very bad at the same time including the flea jumping in the air, the final showdown, there are also things that don't make sense like why doesn't antboy fight anyone I this film but otherweis its very good.
