Wo Yao Ni Feng Qu (2023)
Ups and Downs with Xu Si and Jianghu
The plot is interesting as it is like in a business world that has lots of ups and downs. The story starts with Jianghu who has an upper hand on the business demanding the market. When the story develops, there is a turn of events that she faces challenges and the lowest of her life. Her business competitor turned partner in business and love, Xu Si, helps her through those times. However, they do not have a smooth sailing path for their careers and love lives. The twists and turns of their lives make the drama interesting.
The pluses of watching this drama are gaining some business senses and learning about China's historical brands. It is educational for a foreigner like me.

Love that binds
This drama depicts how bonds can be made when people when they share their lives together when they live apart from their families. The stories around the four ladies are not extraordinary, they are like those we know that either happened to ourselves or people we know. That makes the drama valuable, as it resonates with most of the ladies in our present time. The drama show how important it is to pay attention to the relationships around us and treasure them.
The actresses were brilliant. All of them acted so well. I enjoyed watching when they made fun together, and cried when they felt sad. It is a great drama that makes one reflects.

Realistically Controversial
Youan and Sanchua's relationship is highly controversial in some Asian societies. Firstly, it is their professional relationship. Youan is Sanchuan's manager. She is supposedly one level above him in terms of their careers. Secondly, it is their age difference. In some Asian societies, they prefer men to be older than the women in a couple relationship. However, this drama has demonstrated that it is still possible for a more matured woman to fall in love with a younger man, as long as they have common goals and commit to the relationship. Both Youan and Sanchuan need to overcome those pre-set rules in their society to fulfil their desire for being together.

Love it! Love the storyline! Love the XR! Love the casts! Love the costumes!
I love Fox Spirit Matchmaker Red Moon Pact! I have watched the 18 episodes released and felt a little lost last night when they paused for a while. I love the storyline about not judging anyone by their "race". I love how stunning the XR effects played in the drama. Every scene is gorgeous. I could almost feel the heat when they fight! LOL. The casts are well selected, especially the male and female leads. Jun Gong as Yuechu is active and funny whilst Mi Yang as Honghong is calm, cool, and composed. Their chemistry fits their roles in this drama. The rest of the casts are attractive too. It's pleasure watching them. The costumes are so beautifully designed. I learned they studied from the ancient China historical periods such as the Tang Dynasty. The makeup, too is so appealing.
Everything about this drama appeals to me. I thought I was in the same fantasy realm as them. I guess that's the effect that XR hopes to bring.

Heartwarming drama
I like this drama as it is easygoing and reminds people of what is most important in life. We are often drowned by our environment and the pursuit of this world. In our life journey, we often lose ourselves until we encounter some kind of calamity. A that point, we may decide to continue on living the same old same old or we may choose a path that is less travelled and venture out. The lives of Xu Hongdao and Xie Zhiyao crossed paths even though they come from very different backgrounds. Both of them are at the peak of their ages and hence life decisions are crucial to determine how their future may lead to.
I love the way that this drama was shot in a small town in China. It gives me an opportunity to see how peaceful and beautiful the life and people are in those places. They way it was shot also made me feel relaxed while watching. It's like the title in Chinese "Bring me to the place with wind". It's like a breeze watching it.

Great chemistry among casts
I have increased the rating from 9/10 to 10/10 after watching 19 episodes. True enough, it takes patience to understand the story and to witness the great acting skills. I enjoyed the chemistry among the casts. They looked natural to me and of course there were exceptions. It didn't bother me too much as they were not the main characters and I just had to fast forward. My favourite part is how the Emperor and Crown Prince Han Ye showed respect and love for each other. Their communication is so subtle and yet moving.
The director of this drama used a story telling method to illustrate the lives of Prince Han Ye and Di Ziyuan (Ren Anle). You will need to be patient to wait for the story to develop over time. The two leads made the drama a little more fun to watch as we anticipated it to be an emotional draining one. They looked natural in interacting with one another and some of the unexpected actions were surprisingly attractive. I love the story continued as they played along with each other's plot. I would have given a rating of ten if not for the dubbing and some of the effects that were a little too much for me.
