Hangman's Curse (2003)
I've Loved This Film!!! One of the Year's Best Thrillers...!!!
This comment is for those already seen and read the book/movie... and those who are about seen(who haven't seen this movie yet)! The film takes place in Baker, Washington, three(3)popular student athletes who lie in an incoherent coma...with loss of muscle coordination, severe paranoia, and hallucination. That's when the Springfields' are called to go on a secret (special, " in whatever way you'd like to call it" mission to find the mystery and story of how and what happened to Abel Frye that made him be suicidal or commit suicide(in hanging himself)...? The whispers went by how the victims of Abel Frye - turned to a curse that haunted the school ever since a student( a ghost of Abel Frye played by George Humphries)died, there in the 1930's. As for now, the curse is spreading, and student are running scared, not knowing what to do...
The book, as always, is better than the film... but still the movie by how it's done is pretty good!
Take my advice... watch the film... I'm pretty sure you'll like it! Highly recommended!!! (as for now)

Driftwood (2006)
"Welcome to Driftwood... Where Boys Become Men"
When I watched "Driftwood" on the chiller channel... I promise you it... actually shocked from the very beginning... 'til the end! It was full of chills and thrills... I trust guys...I know what talking about... it actually scared at times here and there, everywhere... Call me weird(or not) horror films to my best interest...knowledge "DON'T SCARE ME AT ALL!" Anyway, for my own opinion , I thought this movie was pretty good (decent) with all those visual and special effects the crew put up were without a doubt awesome... even though, most of you wouldn't agree more or at all! It runs smooth, pretty fast, at times edgy, like any horror/ horror/thriller does. It also struck or actually shocked me (and/or again not) was towards middle to the end of the film (Driftwood) when David Forrester(Ricky Ullman)learns and find real truth was behind unexplained and "maybe, just maybe incidental" murder and a ghost of Jonathan, that kept haunting David in nightmarish forms of visions and preliminary dreams throughout middle to almost the end of Driftwood and the kid whom Captain Kennedy( Diamond Dallas Page) killed just for pleasure...? Or actually probably for a reason? Evidently and without a doubt or question not. He did it 'cause he wanted to get rid of him...SOMEHOW (AND...HE DID)...and then again he paid for what he's done by seeing the ghost Jonathan in David... Give it a try, take a look, you might like it!
Grade B-, B, or B+ the most is A- STARS 10 out of 10
Face/Off (1997)
Possibly and the year's best action sci-fi thriller ever made yet! I loved this film! Gripping from the Beginning to the End!
This fast-paced, action-packed octane thriller with adrenaline rush just blew me away! The story was again...great,script was very pretty good and very well written and the performances by John Travolta and Nicholas Cage that were outstanding and simply unforgettable, especially the directorial debut by John Woo was great in putting John Travolta's character as undercover agent Sean Archer/Castor Troy and Nicholas Cage's character as Castor Troy/Sean Archer and also Joan Allen was Travolta's wife, Dr. Eve Archer and his rebel teenage daughter... I believe it's Dominique Swain who played as Jaime Archer together and nonetheless getting them to the scenes of they are to eventually, act out... Highly recommend it...
Grade A+
Rent it or if there's no time for that (Find Time) no pressure... don't rush just see for this film yourself!!! I'm well aware you won't regret seeing it... Someday, I'll own it on DVD too!
