Pan's Labyrinth (2006)

One of if not the best movie I ever have seen

This is the first time in years I actually write a comment here again, but I just felt that I had to it after watching this movie.

I didn't have that high expectations because I normally don't watch this kind of movies, but boy am I glad that I did! This movie is just amazing and it caught me in a way I don't often feel. I don't know how to explain how I felt at the end of the movie, but it just grabbed me in. It's sad and almost made me cry, but in someway also you are happy for her that she have this fantasy world to escape in. All the actors do an amazing job, especially the girl playing Ofelia and the man playing the Captain.

Just do yourself a favor and watch this movie, even if you normally don't watch this kind of movies, or movies that has a spoken language that's not English. I promise that you won't regret it.

Bowling for Columbine (2002)

I recently watched this movie in the cinema, and all I can say is wow. I just loved it. The funny parts are hilarious, the sad parts almost made me cry. This is a movie I think everyone should watch! Not to be missed...

Pleasant surprise!

I caught this movie on a movie channel not knowing what it was, never even heard about it or the Mitchell brothers. And to tell you the truth I didn't expect very much of it. I have always considered Charlie Sheen to be a quite bad actor and can you name one single movie Emilio Estevez has made since young guns? But to my pleasant surprise the movie turned out to be pretty good. Ok it was a bit slow sometimes, but overall it's a quite interesting story about 2 brothers rise and fall. To bad that both of them lost it and messed everything up, but hey, you can't change a story that is based on a true story, right? I give this movie 3 points out of 5 possible. These brothers life caught my attention I will definitely read the book now.

The Stick Up (2002)

This must be one of the slowest, most boring, most meaningless movies I have ever seen in my whole life. It never goes anywhere, or it takes forever for the very few things that happens in this movie to happen. The story is terrible, the acting is not very good, there are no characters to identify yourself with, there's nothing. Stay as far away from this movie as possible! 0/5

The Boys Next Door (1985)

Just as good as I remember....

I saw this movie for the first time 8-9 years ago when I accidently zapped into it on cable tv. I remember it made strong impression on me and that I liked it a lot. Now almost 10 years later I bought the DVD and I must say it makes just as strong impression now. The movie is great & shocking and really makes you think what some people are capable of. I recommend this to everyone that want something more then just the ordinary action movies, but be aware,the movie is very violent and probably not suitable for everyone...

Soul Survivors (2001)

Great movie! A bit hard to understand sometimes though, but overall good. A little bit more lesbian sex in the shower scene would also have been nice :) I reccomend this for all people that like a bit odd films! I definatly say this film is worth buying or renting on DVD. Check it out!
