funny and entertaining dog movie

I recently saw this movie. And i have to say it was pretty good. Although i knew it was going to be adult humor. I was a bit surprised how right off the bat they dive into adult content. It was a little weird. But once reggie got to the city. Thats when the movie got much better. The group of dogs were great together. And it has a good cast of actors. The comedy was great. And i think the story was good. The story is fairly simple. But i just love journey stories.

As another reviewer on here mentioned it felt like homeward bound. Only without the cat. And with cussing and stuff not meant for kids. I also loved a dog's purpose and a dog's journey movie reference. It was one of my favorite scenes. I loved those movies so it was a good and funny nod to them.

The one thing i didn't like was one of the dogs calling another dog an australian shepturd. I get that its trying to be funny. But i have an aussie shepherd. So i wasn't laughing. Overall though it was a good movie. I would recommend it. Especially if you love dogs and enjoy adult humor.

The Mule (2018)

a pretty good and entertaining movie

This was an interesting movie. And i was surprised to find out it was a true story. The main character earl starts off unlikeable. All he cares about is his flowers. But a few years later he reunites with his granddaughter. And decides to be a drug mule to help his family and friends with their money problems.. my only problem was that earl seemed so naive. He drives into the pickup location and has men with assault rifles. And he doesn't even realize that he is smuggling drugs. Eventually he decides to look in the bag and sees all the drugs and gets so shocked. And I'm like what did you think you were delivering?

After a few more runs something happens that makes earl go back with his family. And those were pretty good scenes. The ending was a little disappointing though. In the end its just earl that gets arrested and sent to prison. None of the other cartel members get arrested. Or if they did they never show it. So it makes me feel like the DEA didn't even do much. They arrested a 90 year old man who just wanted to make money to help his family. I'm not saying that earl is totally innocent. But he is less of a threat and problem to the world than the cartel is. Meanwhile you have the real criminals get away with it all.

It was just disappointing. The cartel can always get more mules. But earl can't get to be with his family now because he is in prison. Even though i didn't care for the ending. I still enjoyed the movie overall. And i recommend the movie to anyone who likes eastwood or the crime genre.

Angel Dog (2011)

a much better movie than most people say.

I have seen some of the reviews on here. But i have to say that it's not nearly as bad as they make it seem. One idiot even calls the dog a demon. And says that the dog is responsible for the tragedies. Which is total bs. It is a really good movie. And i enjoyed it.

Although it does seem to have some slow parts as well. And some of the acting isn't the best. It's obviously not an amazing blockbuster. But i did enjoy the story. And the dog was great. How anyone could call a dog a demon is beyond me. I have a dog. And he has helped me a lot during my stress and grief. So this movie really hits home to me. I definitely recommend this movie to anyone who likes dogs and darker more serious stories.

School Spirits (2023– )

pretty enjoyable so far

This has been an interesting show. I enjoy the school setting and the afterlife aspect. There are plenty of questions i have. Like why do the kids have to stay at the school? Is there a heaven or god? And i hope we will get answers for them. The show reminds me a lot of the video game life is strange. While it's not exactly the same they both have similarities. They are both set in school. They both involve a missing girl. And both involve their best friends trying to find out what happened. And they both have supernatural elements. The actors seem to be doing a good job. I'm looking forward to seeing where this will go.
