I like this show. It is an easy watch. The guests that the hosts invite to dinner seem to enjoy their night out. Too many shows today are so complicated. I want to relax in the evening and not hear explosions going off etc. I enjoy hearing the topics discussed by the hosts and guests. The food that is being prepared looks delish. Too bad we don't have smell-o-vision. It is a good way to get info on the various restaurants and to see different dishes being prepared by the owners. You learn some insider info on why the chef(s) opened their restaurants. They also talk about what inspired them to create certain dishes. You may even pick up a few cooking tips.

This movie is really sweet. The scenery is beautiful and I enjoyed seeing the Norwegian Christmas traditions. My grandmother was from Sweden and I have never been so it was nice to imagine they were things she may have done as a little girl. The movie seems to go the extra mile than the typical Hallmark movie. The characters are endearing especially the grandmother. I liked that the storyline was different than the typical one Hallmark tends to repeat. It does contain some segments that wouldn't normally take place. Who would fly to another country with a guy they don't even know? That's the fun of a Hallmark movie.

As most are saying the casting was great. The costumes were awesome. Barbie land set design was on point. The story could have been so much better. It started out fine but dragged in the middle. It became preachy. We know, we live it everyday. Mention patriarchy and move on. I thought it would have been nice to show both sides working together equally in the end. It might not have been realistic but we would have left the theater with a smile. I was not alone leaving the theater thinking what was that all about. I did not see too many children in the theater which was good because it would have been way over their head.

This series is ok but I think the previous series was more engaging and genuine. They seem to be filming to try to stay relevant. This series doesn't show the grandkids too often. They were the highlight to me. Their antics and adventures made it interesting. Maybe their fathers are prohibiting it. You don't see Rob or Scott much. Cait/Bruce always kept everything in check but I'm sure Kris wouldn't stand for her to be on the show. Kourtney and Travis need to take it down a notch. I'm happy for her that she she found someone but we don't want to see all that PDA. Khloe has been through so much. Someone please help her find a great guy. She deserves it. Have to add that Kourtney is really annoying in latest season. Get over yourself and be proud of Kim for the DG show. If that's all you have to worry about is if she used some looks you curated then you need a reality check.
