What in the hell did I just put myself through for the past hour or so???? With a cast like this movie had, you would have thought it would be good. It was not even mediocre! That is a few hours of my life I will never get back.

The story moved sooooo slooooowwwwww. And it just seemed like it was going no where. And what in the world did it have to do with Jayne Mansfield I'll never know!! They mention her name and her wreck that happened 2 years prior to when this was supposed to have taken place, it that's as far as it went.

It gave me a headache and I finally gave up and turned it off.....

The Desperate Hour (2021)

Disappointed

This started out to be a good suspenseful movie, but as it went on, you're like QUIT TALKING ON THE DAMN PHONE AND GET THE HECK OUT OF THE WOODS!! The strength she used running, while calling everyone she can think of, it's a wonder she gets out. She oversteps her boundaries and interfering with the investigation. Not to mention putting everyone involved at risk. I get that she was panicking and felt like she was helpless but what she does made matters worse. Just use your energy to get yourself out, and leave the law stuff to the people who are trained and are there.

This was a big disappointment and frustrating to watch!

The Philadelphia Experiment (1984)

Good movie but

I was pleasantly surprised with this movie. It held my attention throughout the whole move. However, the damn music in the background ruined it. A little bit is good but this was way way too extreme! It nearly drowned out the dialogue. The story line was really good , and I must admit I like time travel movies. I am a firm believer in the several dimensions of the universe so this held my interest throughout the whole movie. I would have given it 10 stars but the music made me rate it a 8 or 9 only because of that I do recommend this movie. I am not a sci-fi person but it was very good nonetheless.

Hideout (2021)

Better than I expected

My husband and I just watched this and I will have to say, it was good! It ended well, not stupid like some horror movies. Although you kinda had a feeling someone in that house was "not right", it it was easy to get the feeling of who it was exactly. It kept me watching and did not need to drag out my Mah-Jong app and play a game. So it holds your attention very well. Much better than your average teenage slasher movie. Despite the main characters were not very bright. A lot of stupid mistakes makes you see why the crime they committed was botched I would recommend this movie for sure. Watch!

American Exorcist (2018)

Waste of time

This movie IS A TOTAL waste of time and electricity..... This has got to be the WORST movie I have ever seen..... I love the way the lead character is dressed as if she is there for a job interview with her maroon pant suit and four inch platforms. The demon is not even scary. More laughable than anything. I should have known by the opening scene this would suck. I would rather watch concrete set. It does not even deserve one star. Too bad I can not leave "zero". Do not bother wasting your time a like I did. Truly sucks I have wasted time I will never get back. May as well play Mahjong on my phone......

What did I just see?? That truly sucked. I spent 80 some odd minutes waiting for SOMETHING substantial to happen and it never did. Don't waste your time like I just did. Just a warning.

The ending sucked! The story line was good. I think the main character did a good job of managing the dialogue by himself, but the ending ruined it. I am sitting here wondering what happened.

Too dark I couldn't see what was going on. The ones without masks looked the same, and the ones with the masks, well they had masks on soooo. And all of a sudden there were several people in on it. They were gonna pull the plug on mom? Uhhh the plug to WHAT exactly? The only electrical thing was the heart monitor (which serves no purpose) and that is not keeping her alive.

Don't waste your time. That is 1 1/2 I'll never get back.

I agree with all the reviews saying they have no idea what this was all about. The conversations in the car, the house with his parents...ALLLL of the conversations made. No. Sense. I just wasted all that time for which I will never get back.
