8 Simple Rules... for Dating My Teenage Daughter (2002)
One of the funny series on this fall
The opening credits made me laugh. I definatly don't want to miss this show on Tuesday's. I'll look forward to it each week. I found it hilarious so many times, the dad (RITTER) crying "dont hurt the boy, never the boy", when bridget (CUOCO) tries to hit rory (SPANJERS). or when kyle leaves, and dad (RITTER) screams "lata my brotha from another motha" (you should have seen the pilot! this was a great show, not effortless, i think most of you should check it out before dissing it!
Lizzie McGuire (2001)
Good Lizzie, Bad Lizzie
Lizzie McGuire is a disney show. And it wrapped up filming in June 2002. With 65 episodes in the whole of the show, and only two seasons, still some of the second season's episodes to air in 2003. The last episode of Lizzie McGuire is "Bye, Bye Hillridge Junior High", and Disney didn't want to have the show go on into Lizzie in high school, because "it would lose viewers". But out of curiousity - if you are in high school or above why are you watching the show if the aim is to a younger age? It doesn't matter what age you are, if you like the show, watch it, if you don't, leave it be. The show is good, and original. The friends are like many people I know, and not obnoxious or snooty, but themselves. I should know this since even though the actors are 17 and 15, the characters are 13 and 14 within the seasons, in 7th or 8th grade, which last season, last year, I was in 7th, and this year 8th, so I can follow along with them. Now, though the girls are a little crazy about fashion and boys, you should be at 13. But I don't know anyone who has such funky fashions like them. The show is unrealistic in some ways, but really, being a 13 year old girl, I can relate to most of it. I can't wait to see what Lizzie gets her self into next.
Survivor (2000)
None Likable - One Winner
I must say that this survivor will most likely fail. I've watched every season/series of Survivor, and this is my least favorite. There is no one that is likable, or that you want to root for. The younger and stronger team will always win, its obvious. This is a show I'd pass up for sure.
The Scream Team (2002)
A Piece Of Paper You Crumble Up - You Shoot For The Basket & Miss
Pass it up - this movie isnt as good as it looks in the trailer - wait it doesnt look good in the trailer. My dad's friend, who's an editor of the film, showed me the film on a real, and it was horrible. I normally looove disney movies, not to mention disney originals, but this one is uh, do i dare say, stupid? Disney was uncreative and couldnt think of a script nor story for the deadline date. Cast was horrible, and they should have got someone else to play Claire. The movie is called The Scream Team by the way.

The Good Girl (2002)
The Bad Girl With No Exciting Appeal
This contains slight spoilers.
I went to see this movie the day it came out. I was surely disapointed. There was a lack of excitement. However the thing I found most appealing was how most people can relate, and how real to life the plot was. I found the character Cheryl hilarious. I felt bad for Holden and *SPOILERS* I wish he hadn't died.
Get a Clue (2002)
Like I'm So Sure, Totally
This movie is so fake. It's not realistic in the least. Ok maybe there is a tad issue that I've had the biggest crush on Bug Hall (Jack) forever. But really this movie could have been better. And other than that, the characters are fashion freaks, whats up with that?
Hart's War (2002)
Colin Farrell...fabolous!
I saw this movie because I love Colin Farrell. Not only did I enjoy his and Mr.Willis's performances, but the movie is a must-see. It's fantastic. And takes you back to WW2. Ok, so I really like it because of Colin, but really, it's fantastic!

Boy Meets World (1993)
Watched Everyday
Whoever said BOY MEETS WORLD is a horrible show is mistaken; I watched BMW every Friday when it was on ABC and even now I watch the re-runs everyday at 5:00 and 6:30 on The Disney Channel. The show is so great. With best friends Corey and Shawn, and the perfect couple, Corey and Topanga. Everyone should watch this show.
The Virgin Suicides (1999)
A Brilliant Film...Sorta
***SLIGHT SPOILERS*** Oh my gosh, this movie rocks. It shouldn't be rated R, it should be PG-13, except anyone under 11 SHOULD NOT see it. The images are a lil frightening to a 12 & 13 year old...Kirsten Dunst did an excellent job. That goes for Josh Hartnett, James Woods, Kathleen Turner, and the girls who potrayed the sisters as well. This is a lil review I wrote:
I must say that The Virgin Suicides may be one of the greatest
movies of all time. It most annoys me while I watch the film, and the
person watching it with me asks "Why did they kill themselves?", "Is
it almost over?" and all other questions. They simply do not understand the beauty of the film. From the opening scenes, untill the devastating end, you feel real sadness for the neighboorhood boys who went through their lifes adoring the Lisbon sisters, and never having the chance to interact with them. After 13-year-old Cecilia's first un-expected suicide attempt, the Lisbon household starts to warm up, and the Catholic parents become less strict, they through the girls their first and only party. This was the first accqauintance of the boys and the Lisbon girls; where Cecilia suceeds and ends her life. There are only four sisters left, Lux, 14, Bonnie, 15, Mary, 16, and Therese, 17. After the girls go back to school, they act as if nothing happened. One of the most significant happenings to the Lisbons, is when Trip Fontaine, the new high-school stud, starts to have feelings for Lux. Trip asks her to the homecoming; after lots of consideration, the parents allow him to take Lux, as long as he has dates for the other girls also. When Lux is too late, Mrs.Lisbon goes wack, and locks the girls up, for good. There for there was no longer any more communication with the outside world. This film is outstanding, congradulations to Sofia Coppola, on making a favorite movie among many Americans, and non-Americans at that. The cast was choosen great. Each girl chosen to potray the sisters, did an excellent job.If I were to rate tht film myself, I would have to give it a 4/5.The only reason I did not give the film a 5/5 is because I have also read the novel by Jeffrey Eugenides. Sofia did indeed leave out lots of information, and the narrator didn't provide enough. The look and feel of the film
definatly seamed set in the 70's. Ms.Coppola could have done better, but not by far.
