This movie is an absolute nightmare compared to not only the book it is based off of also the original live action film. I have nothing nice to say about this film. This film has no sense of direction or personality and it seems like it came out of someone's ass. I don't feeling the bonding of these characters like I do in both the boo and the original movie therefore when the "climax" happens where the boys get into a fight I don't feel like something valuable was lost unlike how I did reading and watching both original sources. The animation in this film looks like it was made on ten dollars. All the characters move so slowly and weird. Everyone has noodle limbs. And overall everything looks weird. The voice acting also doesn't help. It's not awful but it can't even hold a candle to the near perfect acting in the original film. I could go on and on about why this movie is bad but I'll just leave it here because what I'm saying has most likely been said. Disney do better.

The best mcu film in a while

This movie was a breath of fresh air after seeing all the absolute awful other mcu projects that came out this year. When seeing this film it reminded me what seeing an mcu film should feel like and oh how I missed that feeling. The movie deals with Chadwick Bosmen's death very well and doesn't pull a typical Disney move and replace the actor or remake him with cgi or anything instead they explore shiris feelings of grief which is a good contrast to the villains feeling of grief. The best thing this movie does is making shiri an actual character instead of the main characters sister that does nothing the whole time and whose point in the movie is completely missing. This isn't the case with shiri anymore but this is the case for a lot more people.
The new student scientist character gets introduced and the movie kinda forgets about her halfway through. This is the same case for the white business man guy. Speaking of him his subplot absolutely sucks and should not have been in the film. This movie is also to long. It's pacing is pretty good most of the time but near the end it really stars to drag on.
Overall this is an improvement for marvel and is definitely better then the original black panther but it's still not perfect. I hope marvel releases more movies like this but until then I guess all I can do is hope.

Another bad DC film

Black Adam is such a weird movie and but at the same time is super predictable. The moment the master fate character stepped on screen I knew he was going to die and when they did end up killing him the way they do it is so weird. The movie also tries to kill off black Adam and when they do so it is extremely obvious he was never going to perish. This movie also falls under the pattern of having to many side characters and none of them being interesting or rememberable. The whole concept of black Adam being a bad person but also being the hope that the town needed also didn't land for me at all. When the movie revealed the twist that black Adam is not the kid we thought he was and is instead his father is probably the most stupid twist in a movie I've seen in a while but it wasn't even the worst part of this film. The villain was by far the most poorly written part of this movie. He was a type of villain to be presented as a good guy until 15 minutes later were he becomes satan himself. This type of poorly written twist villains has been seen way to many times and this movie is no different.

Ill summarize this movie in one sentence: this movie is one of the most boring things i've ever seen and every single character is boring and stupid. Over all I think this movie does two things wrong that really brings the movie down witch includes the characters and the pacing. For a story that can be told in a half an hour this movie is two hours and thirty minutes long. With such a long run time very little of it peeks my interest. The second thing wrong with this film is the characters. I think what makes Guardians of the galaxy so good is the interesting characters while in this movie every single character is super stupid and I hate them. Overall I wished the movie was never created and Marvel please do better in the future.
