Should Have Had Reginald Fox More Often

Creators over in Droopy missed such a goldmine over in having an recurring character like Reginald Fox.

Droopy in a sense takes a backseat to the English fox Reginald Fox who is polite and friendly and breaks the fourth wall and talk to the audience in saying he is smart as a fox.

Despite all the dogs including Droopy who is an unlikely fox hunter among those dogs who want to catch the fox and get rewarded with a great big juicy delicious steak.

Reginald in the being very smart and in just one fox against nearly dozens in the dogs.

But he is again smart as a fox and does so in a polite yet smart way.

All the dogs failed to get him as Droopy, being polite and friendly, tries to but when the fox turns him away in an American accent sarcastically.

Droopy cries and the only time Reginald gets excited over in a steak.

Helping Droopy and his plight he calls all the foxes in his family. Rounding them up for Droopy to take.

Injured dogs with bandages in limping to the master's house are shocked to find out the foxes and Droopy enjoying their steaks looking like Porterhouses.

Droopy doesn't have a violent bone in his body as he uses his dry sense of humor, kindness, but smartness to get whatever he gets.

Reginald Fox should had been a recurring character as the creators missed out on that.

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes (2024)

Really No Big Name Stars in Latest Planet of the Apes

There is really no star power but they have in the very young actors and also it seems that Andy Serkis over in the Planet of the Apes in this generation's Caesar has long since passed away.

Giving it to young actors and in the young apes on the rise while trying to live in peace. Which seems to be very tough as they are captured and held against their will save for the main hero in the story Noa.

And only one young woman named Mae or somethings called Nova. That helps to join sides over with him albeit a very reluctant one and the only one that is the household name is underrated William H Macy that has been on that island and accepts it as his home. And doesn't bother to fight.

Noa now much figure out a way to escape from the evil power hungry Proximus. Who will do anything regardless of consequence to take everything. Noa must take what is rightfully his and his family's.

Lack of plot but makes up for it in action and acting.

Unsung Hero (2024)

One Adversity After Another

David Smallbone is played by his own son Joel and in the struggle after the former's thriving and successful music promotion company collapses after so many artists deflect and the family of soon to be seven decide to try Nashville TN.

They are met with one Adversity after Another. And that scene in the US Customs Department and how that the one agent was very cruel and didn't understand children as the family could have used him or go to his boss and make him lose his job. Shouldn't had gotten away with it.

Still the film relies upon Rebecca St James as you will figure out how she changed her name. While everybody is trying to help David as he gets into a lawn mowing business to make ends meet.

But he refuses help and doesn't want help until it becomes unbearable. And his family and wife have to really do the best to let the stubborn husband and father in trying to allow help.

Wished the rest of the kids got some attention but it seems Rebecca got most of it along with the mother the glue to the family's emotions.

God will lead the way.

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire (2024)

Won't Win Awards But If You Love Popcorn Movies!

Godzilla has been around over for years and years even since movies have been made and really even if it doesn't win any awards. Then if you love popcorn movies, then this movie is for you.

Sure the dialogue is corny but the acting does save the movie as the actors and actresses on what they are given here. But that it is due to the fast paced action that makes up for a pretty messed up script and plot.

Brian Tyree Henry an underrated and great character actor steals the movie away. Having comic relief and also keeps the action going with his wit and charm as a podcast host. Still he would be the reason to going and seeing it.

Another Kevin Story!

Probably next to Trudy Platt as my favorite character, my second is Kevin. And that really you have to feel very sorry for him. While in the trying to figure out as a jewelry robbery that has gone wrong and a civilian getting killed.

Kevin really is conflicted and confused over on his job. That he wants to prevent anymore carnage. But then again, he can't see over in the bigger picture which is easier said than done.

He feels like it is on him but thankfully he has Hank and the others around him backing him up. Not just makes him out to be a great cop but a better human being. You just move on and learn not to make the same mistake twice.

Torres Is Back

After missing on some episodes glad to have that over on in Torres back. Bad news he could never ever replace that over in Jay Halstead aka Jesse Lee Sofer.

But at least he is doing his best. And that he is going to be going undercover and that it has to do with in the drug trafficking case. And that in the getting way too close for comfort for him as he gets way too personally involved. As he is warned to not get personally involved.

And that he is used to being undercover. But he may be getting in way over his head on it. Hank trust him to get the job done and will pull him out as safety should always come first with cops undercover in particularly.

Still I have to agree to disagree with one reviewer. Glad that Hank is not corrupt but he is not a saint. Like an antihero. Sure he breaks the rules but he gets the job done on the other hand.

Ordinary Angels (2024)

Wished Hilary Swank Act In More Movies

Glad she is back after some personal issues and just recently having on twins.

Her Sharon is a hairdresser and one who can't decide if she is an alcoholic or not. She is estranged from her only child a son working in the music field.

Alan Ritchson plays against type as the grieving Ed as contrary to the recent strong and fearless "Reacher!" Still his Ed after his wife died over in a disease and now his young five year old daughter Michelle needs a transplant.

Sharon shows up and that she helps Ed and his family. Ed reluctantly accepts her help but good thing is not romantically. A rarity in films where both a man and a woman can be platonic and friendly.

Just that he is struggling and lashes out at his mom over losing his beloved wife as his mother is very loyal despite that. Knowing he is angry with losing his wife and not at her.

May not win an Oscar as Hilary has two but still very inspiring and based on a true story.

Bye...Spoiler....Don't Let The Door Hit You On the Way Out!

Writing on the wall for Damon. After the week before's episode beating up on a child sex trafficker and staying behind over for the tech team. He is a jerk and I for one am not sad to see him go. He hopefully will learn that there is no I in team. Glad they had a send off on him.

But the case involved over in a former disgraced Cabinet member and his aide over in some gold bars and possibly selling them to Iran.

As much as I like Cameron Vo and glad for her promotion, she should had treated the aide named Natalie as "innocent til proven guilty." Natalie seemed as clueless over in the laptop. Sorry Cam you dropped the ball and made assumptions. Hope you can live and learn from this.

Scott really can be a hypocrite and set higher standards for everybody but himself. He really needs to cool it. He bosses and bullies other officers in other countries. I miss Katrin Jaeger as she for one is not afraid or was not to call him on his BS.

Immigration Like Real Life

Like one reviewer says that Torres is missing. And that I miss him as well and liked him on the spot. And hope he will show up and heard he will this season.

But this has to do with the current issue over in immigration. And Kim trying to pick up an extra shift teams up with another precinct and speaks Spanish and that she has a fellow cop whom is not what he seems to be at all.

As one young lady that is from Venezuela and she wants to stay in the country. And how she becomes Kim's informant and witness.

Things come to a head about as ICE agents almost have her and the others for deportation but Hank it is up to him to pull some strings to let her stay in the country.

Plus the cop Kim is with, really is a dirty cop and killed someone that used to know him and claims that it was the person he killed, trying to kill him or Kim.

Still glad they are moving away from Hank the main protagonist to having other police officers individuals like Kim in this one, last one Adam, Hailey since Halstead left the show to return to the Army.

But to the producers please more Trudy!

Ruzek On Leave But Not Really Off the Clock

After fighting and losing over on his life and Ruzek is also in the trying to get back to doing his job that he loves so much but has to wait on a physical in order to do just that.

Still he goes and play cards as the case he usually goes to but the case comes to him as he was playing cards. And that there is a robbery going on as he can't be in the area due to having drugs and police coming in there frequently over on it.

Hank and company in Intelligence tell him not at all in the being involved with the case as it could jeopardize his chance to be reinstated. But will he do so? In TV shows, that usually isn't the case.

Argylle (2024)

Howard and Rockwell Have Chemistry

Bryce Dallas Howard plays timid and shy author Elly Conway who writes spy books over in the titular character that are handsome like Henry Cavil and his partner John Cena.

As she goes to see her mother and father with their own secrets meets that over Sam Rockwell that looks like a hippy and is a fan. But turns out he is a spy. And knows more about her than she ever does.

Bryan Cranston is the main antagonist and due to her books, now going from in the "reel" page to real pages and her life is in danger.

Rockwell is underrated and still a great actor and really he is possibly sent to keep Howard's character safe as she may have some secrets over in her own as well.

Kingsmen like if you love James Bond. As before he was Superman the current one, Henry Cavil used to be up for James Bond that went to ultimately Daniel Craig.

Chicago Fire: Trapped (2024) Season 12, Episode 3

Is This The End For....?!

Brett and Violet are picking up donuts when they notice an abusive man trying to grab a woman and in the being against her will as both ladies think that she is in trouble and she is and tried to take the law into their own hands.

Despite Wallace Boden not wanting them to do so but they did it despite having the police, but they feel that the cops would only get there too little too late. As off the record, Boden tells them to do so at their own risk.

Herrmann gets hearing aids and that he is glad to at least be back on the job as Ritter is like a surrogate son to him.

Is this the end for Kelly Severide as he may have to leave 51 to pursue the once in a lifetime job and meaning his marriage could be in trouble over on it? His marriage to Stella went from happiness to possibly now struggling. How will it now affect her down the line is anybody's guess!?

Chicago Fire: Call Me McHolland (2024) Season 12, Episode 2

Please Mouch Don't Change Your Name!

I mean come on what would your wife Trudy think if you change your name? She loves you as you are and plus you are Mouch for a reason. You and Christoper Herrmann are the comic relief on the TV show.

Herrmann that has such a very rough time over in that accident last season in being very hard in the hearing on it there. He is urged to see a doctor as he doesn't want to for the fear over in the affecting his job or trying to force him into retirement.

Brett is trying to search for a wedding venue and hopes to find one as her actress is going to leave the series is the storyline.

Meanwhile Cruz wants to transfer and take the LT test after Kelly comes back and bosses him around. Acting like it was nothing at all. As Kelly has a plum job offer from the ATF. Meaning he would have to leave Firehouse 51 and the show.

Cruz in the holding down the fort and went out of his way and Kelly blasts him as that is the "thanks" Cruz gets in return. Wow!

Chicago Med: This Town Ain't Big Enough for Both of Us (2024) Season 9, Episode 2

Dr Archer's Character Develoopment!

He really is or was at first in the being a jerk to begin with. But it seems great writing and acting from the actor over in Steven Weber's gusty performance. As he is underrated. And that it shows him now having great development and writing over on his transplant.

His wife is in chaos and tries to halt his operation. But he knows he needs this in order to save his life and in the going back to doing on his job.

Elsewhere Dr Charles is not too sure about the new doctor Dr Ripley. And that even though that nobody is going to replace Dr. Halstead just yet and will be in the very long time in doing so. It will take the audience to really get used to Halstead being gone and hope he will return to guest appearances.

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit: Tunnel Blind (2024) Season 25, Episode 1

Just No Ending Sadly

25th Season as it is a record but now that it is that come to think of it, that in the really glad that Stabler is no more. But that really in order for him to leave had he not left, Benson wouldn't had been possibly be a Captain and in the getting promotions here. He could had in the stymie in on it.

Like one reviewer said that in the Carisi and Rollins are decreasing due to the cop turned ADA and Rollins is a professor with the actress being let go. Still Valasco is a better cop and a person. No offense to Grace Muncy fans as really she was just too much hotheaded and over the top.

Just hope the season gets better. As no end over in where a girl went missing and her parents are either divorced or separated as the father has some questionable ethics going on with him that not even his former or estranged wife knows about.

One girl is found but now the one in the COTW is still missing.

Miss Jeffrey Donovan Now!

Love Jeffrey Donovan on the "Burn Notice" and hope he can really reboot it if it comes to that. But that even though I didn't like his character that much and was OK and Meh.

But now the new guy over in "Veep's" Reid Scott new Detective Riley as he is really very much coming off very unlikable here. Know I need in the giving him a chance but that he really needs in the character development and plus that he will get some time getting used to.

Jalen I liked from the start. As glad Lt Dixon is one to keep her detectives and other officers in check.

Nolan was even much more tougher but at least he is not a McCoy as the difference is Nolan is a great lawyer but a better person. McCoy is trying to be a better person but really keep Nolan.

As the case is about a professor of Jewish descent murdered and in the recent events over in Israel-Palestine that is going on in real life. Very sad this is happening.

Beginning of the End For...

As Haley Upton's actress Tracy Spiridakos will depart from the show like Jessie Lee Sofer's Jay Halstead did last season as he re-entered the Army over in after his Chicago PD departure was not one he had hoped and wished for on it.

But now Haley had to shadow a medical health crisis and said to be one of the very few in the country but she saw something that they didn't see even though they told her to stand down.

As the prime suspect over in a murder may not had done it but he was found at the scene in the house. Nothing is as it seems.

But thank goodness Patrick John Fluger's Adam is back. Ruzek is seen jogging after nearly losing his life as being undercover last season. He is trying to get back in shape and take a test to see if he is OK and fit to get back to his job.

Voight stands by Haley as her deciding whether she should divorce Halstead or not. As his tour of duty extended even much more longer in busting drug dealers overseas. He shouldn't had left her like that. Now she can't seem to focus on her job.

One Fireman Goes and One Welcomed Back...Make it Two!

Welcome back Chicago Fire. And not just one firefighter but another firefighter.

Severide is now back. And that his actor Taylor Kinney who had gone on through a mental health break is now back. Jesse Spencer's Matthew Casey seems to be gone for now.

But what I am happy about being back is that of Mouch. As really very much was very worried that he wouldn't at all in the returning after the season finale last time before the strike.

But glad he is back and sure that Trudy his wife from PD, is more than happy as love those two together.

Firehouse 51 has to share with Firehouse 17 to get them to work together. Despite the room being crowded.

Carver and his character leaving for another fire fighting place. Will be missed but hope the door will be opened for his guest star.

Kara Kilmer's Slyvie is about to leave but hope she can return along with Jesse Spencer's Matt.

New Doctor in Town

We have a new doctor in town. And that it is in the form over in "The Code and Blindspot's" Luke Mitchell. As the sympathetic and compassionate Doctor Daniel Charles feels that he may know him or not.

But that he seems to not have a very good feeling about. The actor playing Dr Halstead has left the show. But it will be in the getting used to over in the new doctor as he may have a secret he is trying to hide. And we will find that as it will take awhile for the audience are in the taking to getting used to Mitchell.

With the ER on one floor filled to the brim after a near fatal crash occurred. As the whole entire staff as it is all hands on deck.

Movie Has Great Message Or Two In It

Two birds who are parents named Mac and Pam that live over on the water and raising their two children, daring son Dash and anxious daughter Gwen, who go beyond their comfort zone.

As some birds stop for a minute and how to urge them to go to Jamaica in for the winter. At first overprotective Mac wants to protect his family and is reluctant but adventurous Pam thinks it would be a nice change along with crusty yet lovable uncle Danny.

While flying to their destination with some bumps on the road or in their case in the air. While also trying to avoid a bird hungry, knife happy nameless chef in chasing them around.

They meet new characters while trying to.leave their New England pond for the winter. Plus try new challenges as Mac is reluctant but Pam is anything but.

Great message as one reviewer says going beyond your comfort zone. Meet new people. Branch out as you will never grow as scary as it is. But could be well worth it.

Wonka (2023)

Wonka For the New Generation

I agree with one reviewer over Timothee Chalamet portrayal of Willy Wonka. And that the late great Gene Wilder the original is the original.

But this is a new version over in the late Ronald Dahl's book series. Timothee's Wonka is innocent but optimistic and how that he is poor but still doesn't stop him.

He plans to spend a night over in a lodge like, only to be tricked into paying more and when he can't come up with it, forced to do laundry with others like him who can't pay against their will as the owners were bribing people.

But when his new friends including an accountant and comedian to name a few. And an imprisoned orphan named Noodle who wants to find her real parents, want to figure out a way to make their way home and be release from their predicament.

Wonka only can make chocolate but the antagonist in the movie a corrupt chocolate maker names Sluggsworth and his two minions want to put their plans in action who gets a corrupted police chief played by the hilarious Keegan Michael Kay to stop Wonka.

The chief seems to be decent but is conflict. It is with a great ensemble cast with Rowan Atkinson as a corrupt priest.

Wish (II) (2023)

Ignore the Reviews, Enjoy This

It is about believing in wishes. And that it is about a teen girl named Asha who wants to have her wish with the grandfather, who would turn 100 years old to be granted but also be the King's apprentice. As she lives with her grandfather and grandmother.

But the king, handsome but arrogant and spoiled in trying to allowing her to be the apprentice. Only to show his very true colors and that she tries to explain to her grandparents. But they brush her off.

While she tries to figure out how to make his wish come true and that she meets a powered star named of course "Star!" And granted wishes that the King feels threatened by.

Trying to find Asha and her grandparents and having.the employees who work at the castle for the King and Queen, as he feels that Asha is working with them and that she is but at first, must keep it a secret.

But one of them decides to spill the beans in the promise over in getting a promotion. The employees now are fugitives along with Asha and her grandparents, and she and Star must tell of the King's plan or else they would be their crimes.

Even his own wife the Queen,has her own doubts. But trying to grant the wishes over in those including her own grandfather and imprisoning the king will be the two keys to allow them to live in peace and be granted wishes.

Ignore the reviews, enjoy this as kids at heart.

Trolls Band Together (2023)

New Characters, Old Friends

Well as a 49-year old woman(giving out my age lol!!), who is a kid at heart with these movies here. Still you have to really love the Trolls.

Expect references to boy bands and in jokes from that. With Branch and Poppy as the latter realizes he used to be as a toddler but his three other brothers due to the oldest one being bossy went their separate ways.

Forced to be reunited over in next to the youngest, Floyd is kidnapped by the brother-sister antagonists that wanted their own sound but stole from Floyd's.

In getting the two other brothers, one married with so many kids, another into yoga, and the other the older brother who bossed everybody around in trying to unite the band to free Floyd.

Poppy who thought she was an only child to her king father, realizes she may have a sibling as well. Who looks like her.

New characters and old friends. Great for the holiday crowd in kids films.

Popeye the Sailor: Poppa Popeye (1960) Season 1, Episode 154

Will Popeye and Swee Pea Be Separated?!

While playing with Swee Pea as a man claiming to be the baby's birth father as shows a birth certificate. Popeye has no other choice but to give him up.

But the "father" is a con man and a circus performer who kidnaps him in order to perform in the circus making the baby a cash cow. It makes the poor baby very upset and longing for Popeye.

Speaking of which Popeye is very miserable without his son and that he goes nuts and acts childlike. Only Olive Oyl and a doctor can find out and when they find out why he is acting like that, it is going to be the return over in the baby to cure him.

Swee Pea realizing that his "birth father" is not whom he is, runs away and when he and Popeye are reunited, our beloved sailor is cured and so is Olive seeing Popeye back to normal.

But the con man that is not about to give up so easily and bribes him with toys but Swee Pea will not go with him and the sees right through it. The con man gives up and leaves.

Popeye wins without his usual spinach but Swee Pea is stuck to the ground his baby clothes are that is. Olive notices but Popeye admits that he wouldn't allow the con man to get away and plus both miss each other.

The Equalizer 3 (2023)

Saving the Best for Last!

They should call this Robert McCall One Man Army LOL. Nothing ever fazes him and he is cool, calm, and collected but deep down at least he has a soul. Not all mercenaries or PI's would having such a soul.

But in all seriousness, he finds a place in Italy and finds his place. It seems the violent past comes back to haunt him though he wants to so desperately leave that behind. Still he can't help but be involved.

Italian mafia bullies people who are poor and less fortunate and even the police can do nothing about it. Going so far as nearly having a police friend of McCall's getting badly beaten up and nearly killed.

So McCall uses his brand of justice to finally end the mafia and find peace once and for all.

Nice to see a Dakota Fanning and Denzel Washington reunion. She was just a kid when they first teamed up. Still the ending will surprise you about her character!
