Ronnie O'Sullivan: The Edge of Everything (2023)

Poorly executed

Ronnie is undoubtedly the greatest ever snooker player and is a funny character away from the table - one memory that stands out is Ronnie asking how much prize money for a 147 break and then going onto smash it - no one but the rocket could do this.

Some of his accomplishments in the game will never be repeated or beaten and I feel this documentary took the wrong path - it focused very heavily on Ronnie's demons rather than his unbelievable achievements in the game.

It is an important part of the story of the rockets genius to see his struggles but the doc went in the wrong direction and felt unfinished at the end.

Dave is the greatest comedian of all time.. and you will love this if you watch it to be entertained. If you watch it to be offended, then guess what, you will be offended. How do people still not understand the context of jokes or comedy? To the people who accuse Dave of transphobia or homophobia, or racism.. Do you really think that Dave would treat you any differently, if he met you out of a comedy club? No. So shutup and stop trying to be offended and ruining one of the last avenues of enjoyment in people's lives - where we get to laugh at ourselves and each other.
