Columbo (1971)
I Love A Good Mystery!
Columbo is intriguing as the Detective in this brilliant mystery series. He is smart, clever, clumsy, meticulous, detailed, and annoying! With that being said, I can not get enough of watching him stalk the killers who think they have outsmarted everyone, including Columbo.
I usually prefer to find out who the killer is at the end of the episode along with the crime solver and everyone else, but I must admit I really enjoy knowing right from the start who the killer is in this show so I can watch them sweat as Columbo "tortures" them! This show explores many components from delving into the world of professional cooking and learning about many cuisines, to watching your everyday housewife turn into a professional hit man to rid her of her loveless marriage.
Somewhere in Time (1980)
The Best Movie Ever!
This is the best movie I have ever seen. It is poignant, brilliantly written, joyous, memorable, and unforgettable. I love the theme of the movie in which true love is highlighted. If you have never experienced real love, this is a good movie to watch. Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour were marvelous in their roles. The measures Christopher goes to, to be with the woman he loves will make you fall in love with the movie and their characters. Christopher was adamant and driven. He portrayed his character flawlessly. I have to point out how the theme music selected for the movie added the final touch of brilliance.
Murder, She Wrote (1984)
A Great Show!
Angela Lansbury fits the role of Jessica Fletcher in Murder, She Wrote. She was so knowledgeable of the material for her character, such as her knowledge of writing books, history, criminal law, and her keen attention to details; hence, why she was able to solve so many murders. She, along with her regular cast mates, were all so natural at their roles. I enjoyed the many different crimes presented for her to involve herself in. I like how you never knew who the killer was until the end of the show when Jessica solved the murder. This gave you a chance to try out your detective deducing skills. The scenery of her town made the show that much more enjoyable to watch! The quaint house she lived in was amazing, along with the many actors (who later became famous) that graced the scenes with her. These are many reasons why I give this show 10 stars!
Fatal Attraction (2023)
Captivating
Fatal Attraction is entertaining and it teaches you a lesson in the story it tells. It's full of mystery, betrayal, regret, and intrigue. The actors are believable. I'm looking forward to more seasons and finding out how the lives of all involved unfold. There are similarities between the movie, but there are also subtle differences from the movie. I like how there are certain parts from the movie that are intertwined with the TV show. It keeps you on the edge of your seat, so you can not afford to miss a few minutes of it or else you will miss something important. It is like pieces of a puzzle. In order to put the entire puzzle together, you have to watch every minute!
Scream VI (2023)
Another Great Scream Movie
This movie keeps you on the edge of your seat. There are a lot of twists and turns. The plot is interesting in terms of keeping with the storyline of the previous Scream movies. I like that my unanswered questions from the previous movies were answered. I hope they make a Scream 7! It was never slow paced or boring at all. The actors were very convincing and exciting. This is the kind of movie that makes you beg for more, so I am definitely hoping and looking forward to a Scream 7 and more. Maybe having many of the same actors and characters from this movie and the previous Scream movies will make for a nice reunion.
