Fallout (2024)
Highly accurate
As someone with 600+ hours in Fallout 4 and 2000+ hours in Fallout 76, I can confirm that all the aspects in this film series are very accurate, from the pip boy's interface (fallout 3/fallout new vegas map and fallout 4 inventory menu) to the power armour making you mega overpowered (fallout 4). They also made the yao guai (bear) a loooooot more scary than in-game - personally, I would run for my life even if I had a set of x01 power armour if I saw a yao guai that was in the series, it was truly scary.
Overall, very accurate with some very nice additions such as the inside of the power armour being iron man style.
Self/less (2015)
Excellent ending
The entire movie in itself was pretty good but the fact that his wish of beating cancer and surviving turns into self-sacrifice for the family really makes this film amazing.
Macbeth (2015)
Boring and good at the same time
The moral was amazing; that doing terrible things for power eventually drive you crazy. The acting, plot and moral presentation was really good, but the movie was too long in some parts and many scenes could have been removed without the movie losing important parts. The ending of Macbeth letting Macduff kill him really sank in with the moral that he can't live with the terrible things he has done. Really well acted and good plot.
Chappie (2015)
Amazing, deserves a lot more than the average rating
An innocent reprogrammed robot that has to experience the horrible real world has made a great movie despite all the swearing it has. This movie definitely deserves a solid 10/10.
The Tomorrow War (2021)
Really good movie with good CGI
Really good plot and time travel concept-based movie. The only reason I gave a 9/10 was because at the end after defeating the female alien the main actor had no injuries at all, as though he had just had a walk through the park.
Mertvye lastochki (2018)
Great movie about fictional Russian creatures
I, as someone who knows the fictional Russian creature stuff, don't understand why this movie has such a low rating. It was unpredictable and set in a forest, which is the usual place for all the creatures to be at, and was interesting with great actors.
Pixels (2015)
Stupid fiction movie for arcade game nerds
Maybe I'm not an arcade game fan, but the fact that ALIENS (???) at the start of the movie take the signal as an act of war and then make arcade games in real life against which the people use light cannons (??????) makes no goddamn sense. It's hard for me to believe that so many people say it's underrated, when it's actually EXTRMEMELY OVERRATED.
Johnny English Strikes Again (2018)
Hilarious! I laughed so hard!
Hilarious action spy movie with bloopers all over the place, which made it extremely entertaining to watch! Absolutely hilarious and interesting all the way through.
Busanhaeng 2: Bando (2020)
A 16 million dollar budget gone to waste
A pointless movie with clearly visible and predictable computer generated graphics in the car driving scenes. I was expecting an absolute perfection of a movie after the mind-blowing first part of Train to Busan, where the moral of humans being worse than the zombies was clearly portrayed through the actions of the people trying to block out the ones fighting their way through the cabins to get to safety. 95% of this movie was garbage, mainly because there were no trains AT ALL DESPITE THE TITLE TRAIN TO BUSAN, the only 5% that were good were the fact that Busan was classified as a quarantine zone after 4 years which is reasonable.
Bright (2017)
Uhhmm...
It was an interesting movie, but I could hardly f*ucking watch it because there was f*ucking swearing in every motherf*ucking line (being ironic to what the movie was like)
She's the Man (2006)
Cringy AF and really funny
Cringy and funny movie to watch, but I gave a 7 because it's too different and in a modern world compared to the 16th century Twelfth night in my opinion
Aterrados (2017)
The go-to horror movie
Even though I'm 16 and may not be the best at rating movies, I still found this movie absolutely terrifying, especially the part where the corpse boy looked at the girl through the glass and that really loud music started and the way the guy's dead wife was flying around the bathroom at the start
District 9 (2009)
Excellent alien movie
Really liked it, it was made to be realistic by the news reports and the news being broadcasted about aliens. And it wasn't just some lame alien invasion movie - the aliens weren't green with the stick thingies sticking out of their heads like stereotypical aliens - their appearance was unexpected. And then the virus that the guy sprayed all over himself was also unexpected.
There's a lot more to talk about but all I can say is that it is an intense and interesting movie to watch the entire time
Jusqu'au déclin (2020)
Strange Movie
It was a good movie, but I feel bad for Alain because he didn't want to kill anyone until everybody started panicking because of thinking they would go to jail for the accident, which they wouldn't. They decided to put the accident on Alain, which is wrong because he did not do anything to contribute towards the accident. And then everything began - everybody died, except for the girl, because everybody started panic about something that was nobody's fault.
Anyway, good movie, but I still feel bad for Alain - he spent 10 years on building his property, and then the people came and ruined everything in 2 days.
Avanpost (2019)
Really good movie
Russian movies from what I've seen aren't really good in sci-fi and fantasy film production, but this one is an exception. Had really good effects, CGI, and an easily understandable plot if you listen carefully to the information given in the movie. Everything was good up until the end where everybody killed each other on the top of the building and when the three remaining people left the children aliens alive, like, seriously, what are they gonna do with the children?
