Crossroads (I) (2002)

laughably horrible
17 February 2002
This movie is almost as painfully bad and funny as Battlefield Earth, and Britney as opposed to John Travolta is definitely a plus. The plot is ridiculous to say the least, and the dialogue made me want to yak. To its credit, the movie is quite funny. Much of the audience (including myself) was laughing constantly, only not at the parts that were supposed to be funny. It really is THAT bad. If you have a thing for painfully horrible movies, go see Crossroads; you won't be disappointed. This is without a doubt, the worst movie I've ever paid to see, but all the laughs were worth it for me.

Moron Movies (1983 Video)

this is hilarious!! (if its your type of humor)

I've seen the moron movies so many times, and it gets funnier every time. From what I understand, many of these sketches were taken from work that Len Cella did for the Johnny Carson Show. The quality is horrendous, and maybe about half the sketches are painfully not funny. However, if you are in silly mood, and appreciate random humor as I do, you just may enjoy it. Oh, and Moron Movies 2 isn't nearly as good.

Best Worst Movie I've Ever Seen!!
19 June 2001
Battlefield Earth is without a doubt one of the most distasteful examples of cinema I have ever come across. That being said, I bought the DVD and have watched it about 8 times already. If you are like me, and you like sitting through a "serious" movie and laughing at how funny and bad it is, you should definitely check out this movie. Every time I watch it I find more and more hilarious plot inconsistencies, and the slanted camera angles and dialogue never cease to amuse. I guess since this film is somewhat affiliated with Hubbards hokey religion, there is no cursing to be found in the movie. Instead we get to hear how many ways you can use the word "crap." In several situations Travolta refers to specific unpleasants events as being "crap-lousy." It's hilarious and has to be seen to be appreciated. In conclusion, if you fancy yourself a MST3K type critic, you will surely enjoy this crap-lousy movie.
