Doctor Who: Boom (2024)
Season 1, Episode 3
10/10
Best written 15th doctor episode until now
18 May 2024
It's been years since Moffat left Doctor Who and yet he still got it. Doctor and Ruby have a great dialogue and Doctor isn't overly whimsical like in the past episodes. Here we see his emotions and fears and here he feels the most like The Doctor. Episode has a lot of suspense which is something that previous episodes lacked. I also like how dark it is in tone, but that's expected considering that the last Moffat season got pretty dark. Anyway overall I really liked this episode and I hope the rest od the episodes will be like this too. I'll give it a ten for motivation and that's everything I've got to say.

Doctor Who (2023– )
I won't rate it yet because I wanna see the rest of the season but it's not looking good
12 May 2024
If I were to describe in one word how the New Who looks like it would be "stale". Let's put aside politics and all that stuff and look at actual material itself. Episodes feel so uninspired. I know RTD made some bad episodes doing it's first run, but there was always some sort of charm about them or at least something. It feels like he got his ideas from Chat GPT. I was excited about the second episode because of all the teasers we got, but again it looks so unispired and tacky. But that being said the cast is good, even Maestro had some potential to be great villian but in the end if was kinda eh beacuse of the writing.

To sum up, I would like to quote 10th doctor's famous monologue - "You could do so much more! So much more, and this what I get... Well it's not fair!"

Doctor Who: The Giggle (2023)
Season Unknown, Episode Unknown

My honest review about all three specialsi
10 December 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I'm just gonna start off by saying that they do not feel like an anniversary specials. All three episodes (apart maybe from the last one) feel more like a regular episodes throught season. That is my main issue with the whole thing. But, overall I don't think they are bad. Each episode had many weak points. All episodes suffered beacuse of the ideology that just felt so forced. I know this show is progressive but entire thing was so clumsy. Some episodes also suffered because CGI didn't look that good.

From best to worst I would rate them: 1. Wild Blue Yonder 2. The Giggle 3. The Star Beast

Wild Blue Yonder had the best story, meanwhile The Giggle had the best villain. I thought NPH did amazing job potraying the Toymaker and I hope I can see him again. The whole regeneration thing was in my opinion done a bit clumsy but I appreceate that RTD tried something different. Overall, I just gotta say that considering 13 months hype and wait, constant trailers and teasers, and the way people talked about it, I was hoping it would be a little better. Major issues and drastic plotpoints were kinda just resolved on their own in a pretty anticlimactic way, stuff like Donna's memories, old face coming back, final fight with a Toymaker and other stuff.

I would give it all a 7 but sometimes I just feel "eh" about it.

Entertaining but it leaves you wanting more
27 October 2023
Pros: Animatronics are amazing, their movement and design is the best thing about the movie, design team really took their time with them. If you wanna see the movie just for animatronics you won't be dissappointed. Movie keeps fans in mind, there are some cameos and they showed parts of the FNAF lore that fans would be most interested in. Special and practical effects look really good too.

Cons: Overall direction is not good, they wanted to give a whole movie this hollywood look with many colorful lights that envoke 80s feel. Now it does look pretty but it doesn't stay faithful to the original material. Story is too simple and straight forward, if you are familiar with the franchise you already know what's going to happen. Acting is kinda dull at times too. But I gotta say rating is what ruins the movie. Because it's PG-13 a lot of violent and bloody scenes took place off screen or in the dark I just wish we got more stuff going on beacuse that's the entire point of FNAF.

Overall even tho it's not that great and it falls flat I would still recommend people to see it. It is entertaining at times. It's so nice to see the franchise come to life considering everything that was going on and how long it took to finally make FNAF movie. I just wonder if it might bave been better in someone else's hands.

Black Mirror: Mazey Day (2023)
Season 6, Episode 4
1/10
Probably the worst episode of the entire show
16 June 2023
Season 6 had it's ups and downs but overall it was looking quite promising, stories were in my opinion way better than season 5 until I saw this episode. This episode didn't feel at all like I was watching the episode of black mirror. It had run time of 42 mintues and nothing really happened. There wasn't anything interesting, philosophical or mind-banding at all. I'm not gonna spoil it but the grand reveal or the twist felt so unoriginal, unispiring and just basic. Probably if it was any other show maybe it could've worked out but this was so basic, and was way beneath standards of Black Mirror. I'm not mad I'm just disappointed.

American Horror Story: Something's Coming (2022)
Season 11, Episode 1
5/10
Doesn't feel like American Horror Story anymore
20 October 2022
Back in the day AHS used to be scary and now it feels like I'm watching some PG-13 crime drama. There are a lot of queer characters this season, which would have worked if they weren't so unlikebale. There aren't really any old AHS faces, apart from Denis O'Hare, Zachary Quinto, Billie Lourd and few other ones. I so feel bad hating the season already beacause we are only two episodes in and things might change. To be honest I just really don't know how to feel about it. Season 10 was awful and I'm kinda hoping this seasons won't be the monstrosity season ten was. I guess maybe it might be time to finally conclude the show and let it go in peace. I know that people love Ryan Murphy, but it feels like he is way to focused on other projects like The Watcher and Dahmer.

Raw, emotinal and thrilling
7 February 2022
Unlike most of the episodes, there is no fancy editing and beautiful cinematography throught the most of the episode. Instead we get emotional rollercoaster and see what is actually happening outside Rue's perspective when she is not on drugs.

Failed potential
23 September 2021
This season started off strong and I was really excited about it. Begining was in my opinion amazing and probably one of the best that we got in recent years but sadily it all falls flat. Finale is pretty short (entire episode is less than 40 min long), there is no build up and the ending is just disappointing. I gave it two stars beacuse as much as I hate Alma, the girl playing her is pretty good. Also Frances Conroy is amazing and delivers great monologues.

iCarly (2021–2023)

Looking pretty okay for now but it needs more time
19 June 2021
Beacuse I grew up watching iCarly, not gonna lie, I was excited about the reboot. Three episodes in it's looking kinda good. I really like, and it's also pretty interesting to see how the show has it's own standing ground. It is definitely now a lot more mature and it lost that "Dan Schneider charm" all of his shows used to have but that's okay. There is a lot more pop culture referneces and jokes that can be sometimes funny and they did make me laugh out loud multiple times. The only thing I don't really like about the show is how it's relying too much on the modern interent era (things like cancel culture and memes) which sometimes can be a little cringy. Also I don't like the little girl Millicent, I'm really trying to like her but her character is so annoying.

But overall, it's looking good for now but we'll see where the show goes.

Pretty good but not close to Hill House
10 October 2020
Show looks amazing, it has a really good story but it just can't compete with Hill House. Show is mostly based around the horrors of existence, loss, death and love. It doesn't really have a lot of "disturbing" horror aspects like Hill House whom at the times felt really disturbing and creepy. Jumpscares are toned down quite a lot. Story is pretty self explanatory although it does take it's time. I would still recommened it to people.

Ratched (2020)

A little bland for my liking
18 September 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Show isn't bad but it surely isn't as great as other Murphy works. Show looks like a spin-off of American Horror Story which many AHS fans might find appealing. Story is really straight foward there are some interesting and suspensful moment (Episode 2 and Episode 4) but for the most part it's kinda bland. I have to compliment the cinematography. Every shot in this show looks beautiful, the pastel colors, the scenery... I don't think I would recommend this show to the first time "Ryan Murphy's work watchers" but for AHS fans this might be delightful treat. Also Sarah Paulson gives amazing preformance.

I like it but I don't understand the point of it.
7 August 2020
First things first, cinematography is beautiful. Actors did really good job and overall it makes a decent show. But I don't understand if it's trying to spread awareness or trying to encourage young people to do this type of behaviour. I also saw one review that said how this show is showing "the truth" about teens today and I personally think they are wrong. In my opinion this show is overly dramatised (I understand that it's a tv show, it's suppost to be dramatic). I'm currently in my late teenage years and I haven't seen anyone going through what these people are going through in this show. But I would still recommend it to people.

Iconic teen movie
26 June 2020
Probably one of the best teen comedies of 2000s. Writers knew exactly what they were doing. It still holds up today. People still quote lines from this movie almost 16 years after it's realise. Ignore the sequel beacuse it's trash but I would recommend this to everyone.

One of my favourite shows on Netflix
11 May 2020
I've seen quite a lot of TV shows but this one stuck with me the most. I like everything about it, Penn Badgley is amazing and so creepy in this show. I saw that people said that some characters are kinda annoying and they are, but they have to be that way. Show has stuff for everyone, it's creepy, romantic and suspenseful. Second season is even better than the first one, let's just say that compared to the first one it's a lot more intriguing and suspenseful. Can't wait for a season 3. Defenetly would recommend it.

Confusing but good
5 May 2020
They did a twist at the end that completely ruins the the film's logic but I loved the creativity and the acting. Movie is just different and it offers something new. If they haven't done the ending like they did I would give it an 8/10

Nothing special
5 May 2020
It could have been better. Movie had a potential but the story is weak and straightforward without any plot development. You can understand how it's gonna end after you are about 15 min into the movie. It has nice visuals I'll give them that. I honestly don't think I'll ever watch this again.

Actors were amazing and cinematography was beautiful but the story... it was just empty. It doesn't go really anywhere, just stays there.
