San sheng san shi shi li tao hua (2017)
EPIC
This is my favourite series - ever. I'm not sure what drew me to this however, it has everything! Love/war, psychopathy/faithfulness, good/bad, ying/yang, magic/mundane.... stunning!
When I began watching, I read a review on IMDB that stated: "keep watching after episode 11" or something like that. This is fantastic advice. I did that, then discovered the magic. I'm on my third time around and am finding new things every time!
Instant Hotel (2017)
Nastiness ruined a good show
Such a shame - the first half of this series was fab and then they introduced new contestants. These 'game players' and the producers/editors turned a great show into a cringeworthy, nasty, unwatchable mess. The rules need overhauling for fairness and there needs to be a better balance of contestants - where is the professionalism from these so-called business people? Putting a load of narcissists in a tv show doesn't always make great tv!!
The App That Stole Christmas (2020)
There are worse ways to spend an hour!
Put this on in the background, start getting those decorations out.
A heart-warming, tongue-in-cheek, feel-good tale about the kind of values we want for ourselves and our communities, especially around the holiday season.
We absolutely love the piss-take of G.B (Bombazon 😆)!
Enjoy, jingle on and Ho Ho, hope all you have a Merry Christmas!
Adam (2019)
Clever, witty, darkly funny and very, very human
This is a mind opening, 'on topic' film which will exercise your empathy in interesting ways and have you asking questions you thought you never would. Or, if you are conservative, right wing or christian it may scare the pants off you! I thoroughly enjoyed this film, clever, witty, darkly funny and very, very human. Make your own mind!
