Obi-Wan Kenobi: Part III (2022)
This Episode had me thinking...
Of canceling my Disney Plus account.
Admittedly, I was still entertained by the episode and I love the potential/premise of the show in general.
The problem? It's fatally flawed in execution and has failed to capitalize on even a bit of the potential that was there.
The acting was uneven, the plot had more holes than any cheese and the directing felt scattered and underwhelming.
With the budget they had, I would have hoped they could have done this show justice.
I'm entertained, but wildly disappointed at the same time.
Obi-Wan Kenobi (2022)
Hey, Disney...
Disney,
I have a solution for us fans... Since you seem intent on putting Ingram into the Star Wars universe, why not just spin her into her own show for people who don't mind sub-par acting and write her out of this one?
Also, please fire everyone involved in producing that chase scene.
McGregor was sensational, which further highlighted the shortcomings of some of his counterparts.
Still enjoyed the first two episodes, despite some massive flaws..
The Book of Boba Fett: Chapter 3: The Streets of Mos Espa (2022)
An Unpopular Opinion
This episode was no where near as bad as others stated - at least for me.
The chase scene was incredibly weak and the aesthetic of the bikes was cheesy at best.
That being said, there are some interesting plot lines brewing and I'm excited to see how everything is going to come together.
Hawkeye (2021)
Ignore the Polarized Reviews
I don't understand how people can give this a 10 or 1. It's not incredibly but it's not horrifically bad either.
There's a somewhat compelling story, meh dialogue, weak action sequences with some fun moments overall.
Will be curious to see how it progresses.
Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker (2019)
Did I see the same film as everyone else?
Was it somewhat contrived at times? Yes. We're there flaws in the plot? Yes Was it a perfect film? Obviously not.
However, this was easily my favorite of its trilogy. Ignore the reviews and see it for yourself.
