The Breakfast Club (1985)
One of my favorite movies
This movie is on of my favorites of all time!! I graduated in 1981 and I was still young when this movie came out. My boyfriend and I went to the movie theater and we both loved it. Now, when it comes out on HBO and watch it again!! Never gets old to me. If you get a chance to watch it because I highly recommend it. It's about young high school kids having to spend their Saturday in the library. The assistant principal is in charge of detention. It reminds me of when I went to school, never had to do detention but was warned a couple of times. The young stars happened to be my favorites. Funny and entertaining!! I hope you get a chance to watch it on HBO.
The Lovers (2017)
Affairs
My father cheated with my mom's so called friend and it was so horrible. I walked in my living room and dad was dancing with the neighbor down the street and my mom was dancing with her husband. It was the beginning of the end of my parents marriage. This movie reminded me of that horrible past. But this movie had a better ending than my parents. I would watch this again. It had humor and it had anger plus a wonderful lesson to be learned from the mistakes spouses make. Don't give up on your marriage and keep an have an open conversation between your spouse plus I believe in God so PRAY. It also had humor and strife with emotions and was realistic to me.
Almost Famous (2000)
Bring me back to the Seventies
If you like rock concerts and you were raised during the Seventies then you will dig this movie. Phillip Seymour is so young in the movie and May he Rest In Peace. It's about drugs, love, and Rock and Roll Dude.
Resistance (2020)
Hope and Resilience
You have to have hope and love the children. This movie expressed humanity and love during the most terrifying time known to man.
