Countdown (III) (2019)

Entertainning

A decent horror movie. Entertainning, good actors. I was going to give it a 6 but the time doesn't make sense. How many seconds are in each second ( in the ending you can clearly see that the timing is off). So yeah a 5 for me. Spent a good time watching it. Two of the actors ( priest and tech guy) were funny.

Good acting, interesting story, very entertainning even though it's predictable. Not oscar worthy but still good. Megan perfect make up and filtered skin bothered me considering the horrrible situation that she is in. An actor shouldn't be perfect all the time if it's not needed for the character and the story. 7/10.

True Story (III) (2021)

Amazing show

Loved the show binged watch it in a day. Every actor (big or small role) was amazing. Loved them. You get attached to each one of them (or hate them). Kevin Hart should do drama more often. I removed 2 stars because i knew the ending from the first episode. But everytime i was like well maybe i'm wrong, this is going a different way. And because of that it didn't destroy the show for me. So i wish the important scene from the first episode was produced differently or maybe acted in a different way. And oh! The ending was amazing but again because of the title of the last episode, you can get what'is going to happen. Anyway i recommend this show.

Intrusion (II) (2021)

Not a masterpiece and nothing new but entertaining

I've seen some bad reviews that were gonna stop from watching this movie. But because i didn't wanna spend another 20 minutes looking for another one, i decided to watch it. And god, people are harsh on this one. It's definitely nothing new, predictable and we've watched a lot of movies like this. And yes, Pinta isn't the greatest actress. But it isn't that bad, I've seen much, much worse movies. I feel like reviewers are not fair and they lack argument. It did it's job by entertainning me and that's all i ask from this type of movies.

Prey (VI) (2021)

Starts really well and that's about it

Not worth the watch. The movie starts very well and then is just gets boring. You don't get attached to any character. You actually do not care about them. The flashbacks are totally unnecessary. The ending is so weirdly acted especially by the killer. The characters are only one thing, there is a selfish one, a know it all one, a sensitive one,etc. Don't waste your time, watch something else. Gave three stars because it was well filmed and thought some actors were okay.

The Call (2020)

Good movie but...

Spent such a good time watching this movie. The actresses did such an Amazing job. BUT, if you are a witness of something in your past, you should be able to remember it in your present and not ask the person in the past what she did. Also the first change made me feel like i was about to watch a princess movie, i lost my immersion to the movie, for a moment. They didn't need to put all that purple and pink. Also, they should've stopped the movie in the cemetery. I still do not understand the ending. But even with those flaws i'll recommend people to watch it, because everything else was sooo good.

Dead to Me (2019–2022)

Season 1 : Amazing - Season 2 : disappointment

SPOILERS. (Just finished the fifth episode) I was so excited when i saw that they added the second season on Netflix. Since i really enjoyed the first one. But i was so disappointed. Every little thing that can go wrong went wrong. I felt sometimes that i was watching those mexican shows with 200 episodes. A twin of the dead guy shows up, a kid that things he is a man and act like he doesn't have a parent, a protagonist that cannot keep a secret to herself, an intrusive neighbor, going to a hotel and meeting the husband of that neighbor, and he turns out to be gay. WTF. Steven in the first season was a bad guy and in the second one he turns out to not be that bad actually (he had remorses. couldn't you have told her that the first time?) And the protagonists making stupid decisions all the time. Who takes a presidential suite in a hotel when in the first season she was complaining about financial problems and with one parent salary only? Who opens a freezer with a dead body in it while they have a guest and their kid at home? Who leaves the key of a storage unit just lying around if you have the car of a dead man in it? Complaining about not doing a ritual for a guy that you are burying? Who have the time? and then crying about it for a 4 minutes. Come on.

i mean it's still funny (not as much as the first one though), the actresses are really good, and i am gonna keep watching it. I'm happy that episodes are only 30 minutes long because i think i would have stopped if it was an hour. I'm giving it 7 stars because the first season was really good and would recommend people to watch it, unless you like telenovelas, then i think the second season is for you.

Sextuplets (2019)

It is so bad that i had to stop watching it, and i rarely do that. When i watch a movie, i watch it until the end even if it's not that good. This was cringy and uncomfortable.

Bleed (I) (2016)

I can say without a doubt that this is the worst horror movie i have ever seen. Nothing about this movie is good. NOTHING!! If i could give it -100. I would have. Pleaaase don't waste your time.

The Witcher (2019– )

Loved it even though i didn't read the books or played the game.

As i said in the title, I know nothing about the universe of The witcher. Only heard about it from a friend who played the game. I'm not a big fan of fantasy shows or movies either. But because my friend loved the game, I thought "why not give it a shot". And i'm happy i did, I was hooked by the second episode. Calvin Harris is OUTSTANDING and also the woman playing Yennefer (looooved her). I think the whole cast did an amazing job but i loved those two, i can't imagine anyone else playing those characters. The fight are well done, the monsters also. Personally, the show doesn't look cheap AT ALL. The only thing that bothered me is that i couldn't tell wich time are they (i mean past or present) i wish it was specified much better. It took me a few seconds to understand what was going on at Pavetta's wedding (as soon as i saw the queen, i was like "Whaaaaat?"). And i was confused at other moments too.

I had to put french subtiltes to understand what they were saying sometimes (but of course the problem is my poor english not the show). I will be impatiently waiting for the second season. I really hope it will be as good as this one.

Klaus (2019)

Love, love love. Adults and kids will love it.

This movie is a new classic for the years to come. The visuals, the story, the characters are great. Absolutely loved every bit of it. I watched the movie in french because i love how they speak french in animation movies but I will definitely watch it again in english. I recommend this movie.
