Peep Show: Wedding (2007)
Excellent end to an excellent series
I've thoroughly enjoyed Series 4 of Peep Show but the final episode was really something! Mark's wedding day has finally arrived and he still hasn't broken up with Sophie, his wife to be. Jeremy confesses that he kissed Sophie and Mark thinks it would be the way to break up with her. But unsurprisingly, it doesn't work out. Will Mark finally go through with the wedding or not? A fantastic end to a brilliant series. David Mitchell and Robert Webb are great actors but I think they really gave it their all in this episode. And credit needs to be given out to Sam Bain and Jesse Armstrong for coming up with a great finale to Series 4.

My Little Eye (2002)
A sinister version of 'Big Brother'
I really don't understand why everybody's giving this film such a bad rep. I recently it rented out on DVD and I thought it was excellent. As an avid horror fan, I'm always looking for a scary film thats refreshing and original and 'My Little Eye' certainly was both! The plot is pretty basic. Five people audition for what they think is reality web cast show (It's sort of like Big Brother only it's being shown on the web!). If they stay in a house together for six months straight, then they'll win $1 million each. If one of them leaves, everybody loses. They think they can do it but they soon discover that there is something much more sinister behind the 'game' they're playing.
OK, so some parts were a bit predictable for example: I knew that the cop who came to check on the house was part of the game. And I don't think the director should have killed Kris Lemche's character off since he was the smart one and he knew that the company was playing games with them.
But overall, a brilliantly disturbing movie that goes to show that people will do almost anything for fame and money. I watched this film alone, at midnight and with the lights turned down very low and afterwards I had to keep checking there was no-one behind me!
