Really Good Aussie Movie

John Jarratt ex Mcleod's Daughter TV Series actor, he plays an awesome psycho killer who literally scares the life out of me,definitely this type of movie character is for him. Follows 3 backpackers on a trip to the outback until they cannot start their car after the long trek they made on foot to see wolf creek crater. John Jarratt turns up and offers to help fix the car after towing back to his place, after drinking water or tea whatever it was the trio go to sleep and wake up the next day bounded by zip tie in a shed. Now the real terror begins as John Jarratt starts to kill each one of them as they try to escape his evil clutches.

Good Movie All in All

These days movie's are not as good as the 80-90's era, those years of movie's were the best made. This movie is different , when you think you have it all worked out,it goes a totally different way to what is perceived. It was quite interesting jail-bird movie I have seen. A guy who gets into jails to break out of to test the whole security on the place and makes money from doing this until one day his boss sells him to a near un-escapable prison which is actually on a ship. The two major actors Slyvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger together on this makes it interesting as well, so it is a race against time to escpae this prison for these 2 major actors and track down his escaped boss who is on the run with millions of dollars by "selling" him to the owner of this prison.

Terribly Awful Movie

I will be totally honest but maybe sound a bit harsh(not intended), but this has to be the worst I have cancer movies I have ever seen with the worst acting as well, Kate Hudson plays a good b**** and should stick to that role like the movie she has done Bride Wars.She did not make me feel sorry for her in this movie and this movie did not make me get teary as other " cancer" movies have. I think producers should stay away from the whole cancer movies scene as it has been done way too many times now and is getting old and people don't want to watch someone dying and in pain from cancer on a movie as I am sure nowadays they have known someone with this awful disease or whom have died, last thing we need to see is more of these movies so if you big shot producers cannot come up with something new other then the same thing then simply don't make more of the same garbage. If your a person who wants to see a movie like this then try watching, My Sisters Keeper,A Walk to Remember, or November Christmas.

War Horse (2011)

Great Movie,Loved It!

I loved this movie,if you loves horses then i would suggest this movie is for you!

The story of a horse sent to war and his ex owner coming after him to be reunited after all they both went through. There is really good scenes using effects and all,I would definitely watch this movie again one day or even own a copy.

I cannot give a film any higher recommendation than I give this one. You will be moved to tears. Everyone in the family will enjoy it and you'll be pleased that you watched it because you will be fully into this story emotionally.

Awful and Boring

I cannot see why people think this movie was so great,I found it annoying boring and a good waste of time maybe because it was so low budgeted of a movie. What I hate about it was that Matt Bush has such an annoying voice and I really haven't like any movies he or Edward Burns have been in and I see there is not that many. The storyline was kinda boring is why I think I hated it,if there was more money for this movie then it may have been a little more exciting,but if you make a cheap movie then your going to get cheap results.

Many actors and actress in this movie I haven't really seen before so I may take a look but not likely.

If you don't like boring movies then do not watch this one.I give this movie 1 out of 10..

Alien Dude

I loved this movie it was the most totally hilarious Sci Fic movie I have ever seen, the movie wasn't given enough much of a rating though which sucks. If you love the little bug eyed creatures then this movie s for you, from making a man pee himself to being grouped by and agent in a costume shop this little guy was the coolest alien I have seen in a movie ever. There is a lot of alien swearing in the movie so maybe not for little kids but definitely a movie I could watch more then once just for the laughs I got from the funny alien parts, its nothing like any other alien movie you have seen before. So if your religious and don't like swearing then I suggest you don't watch it, but if you love aliens and don't mind the language then it is definitely worth renting.

Dreaming of Joseph Lees (1999)

Great Movie

This movie was great, starting off as Eva daydreaming about her second cousin Joseph Lees a Geologist who has been in Italy and has similar interests as her own.She meets Harry Flite a pig farmer who pursues Eva and badly wants her to be with him and Eva goes and lives with Harry and they have a very sexual relationship and seem in love. Then one day Eva's little sister and father turn up for a visit and she tells Eva that a relative is getting married and that all their cousins and second cousins are going to be there, which stirs her daydreaming to re-surface, she goes to the wedding and dances with her second cousin and when dropped back to Harry's place he trys to dance with her and have fun but she comes across as cold and harry picks upon this. After her cousin sends her some books she gets deeply interested in him further and Harry senses something is up they have a fight and he goes to watch another boxing match and some girl catches his eye,they have sex,wherever Eva was she returns and Harry is asleep on the bed and she kisses his hand and realizes the smell of cheating(other woman's sexual scent). Eva leaves and goes to her cousin where they make love a lot of times and Harry goes crazy and Eva feels bad and goes home to him only to have Harry go saw his leg off cause he can see she is aching to leave him again.her cousin turns up and she tells him to go cause she doesn't want Harry to know he is there,then she runs outside to her cousin and they share a passionate kiss.

Im thinking the ending meant she had to stick by Harry because it was expected in those days even though they were not married,so she is stuck with a burden. Lusting over a cousin like that is sickening I don't care if they were second cousins or not they are still part blood related,shame on you Eva.I saw this movie very late at night and I doubt you would find it in a video store these days.

Wow what can I say it was a good movie, very different to all the boring remakes we see lately the only thing I would have liked to see a bit more of an ending like when Jane left her husband Im guessing she was going to Serena cause she fell for her,not just her but everything that she is,I so wish Producers would actually show that sort of ending instead of leaving to it your imagination sort of ending I really hate it when they do that. The aerial acts looked like fun but I guess you'd have to be light and muscly, I would like to see more movies like this one, maybe the could do a sort of sequel of Jane and Serena.If I were in Jane's shoes I would have went for the girl too she was attractive.

A truly pathetic movie, I know that those "type" of derelict drug addict losers exist in real life minus the murder/kidnapping and are nothing but a waste of good oxygen that someone else could be breathing. This movie encourages losers in real life that smoke,sell and grow dope to resort to violence if a buyer or friend owes them money or someone reports them ( too good for the dope sellers) and I'm sure this is their favourite pathetic movie cause all they do is grow and sell dope and stay on the dole (government payments).Just like the idiots on this movie, and this is encouraging them to get into more drugs not to mention violence. Thankgod guns are banned in Australia except for existing sporting purposes and if caught with one or you shoot someone here you will die in jail with no longer having a virgin anus.

Razorback (1984)

Best Australian Movie

A great movie and made in Australia and filming locations at Broken Hill,Nsw,Australia in the middle of nowhere really.The Silverton Hotel exists and is used for countless movies and also a watering hole for tourists. The movie was good and different unlike todays remake crap movies they don't make movies like Razorback anymore and i hope some Hollywood producer doesn't try to rip it off as it would be as bad as all the other remakes like Spiderman,Batman etc etc. The Pig razorback I guess from what I saw is supposed to be like elephant size or something cause the reporter who went missing her car somehow ended up in a tree. If you like hunting or just want to see something that isn't a remake or rip off then see Razorback as it is different and they don't make movies like this anymore, nor can you find them in your video store these days.

If you've seen Mad Max II, Razorback, A Town Like Alice, Dirty Deeds, The Craic or countless other films, you've seen the Silverton Hotel.

Boring Movie

I hated it. This movie was so silly I thought it was pathetic and somehow Producers using the Ghost and the Darkness as a rip off cause they cannot think of anything new. How dumb can they make a woman act, no keys, um well try to hot wire it if that don't work they had a tool kit and could have jammed one of the tools in the ignition that will also work too for a crappy old land rover anything goes and then she should have turned the vehicle around and head back towards the main road not down into a ditch stupid hag. My god what was the Producer thinking making this pile of crap,I'm so glad i didn't rent it out or see it it cinemas it would have been a waste of good money and time. All the movies made after the 90's are really starting to suck.

I've given this movie a rating of 10/10 just for the story.

I thought this movie had a good story at least it was different not like the boring remakes of Batman,Superman,Spiderman,Starwars,Hulk and all that other remake crap.If the greedy producers would just take a chance on a new story every now and then we may have some good movies come out instead of these crappy remakes that I would not be paid to see. I liked a lot of the scenes,where you got to see heaps of cats, and the mad cat lady with all the cat's that were everywhere and also the outfit Halle Berry got to wear, those claws were pretty neat. So if you like cats or your sick of remakes then see this movie.
