Remi, Nobody's Boy (2018)

It just can't be a 10

I have read the book several times, it is my all time best book that i ever read. Remi was my friend in my imaginary dreams when i was a child, so i can say that i watched this movie with a lot of interest. I loved the music, i loved how Vitalis played. But i just can't give it a 10. I understand that this is a movie, and it's like 5% of the entire book, you'd need a miniseries to cover all the adventures that Remi goes through. However, i don't understand why some plots are changed so much and i think, as someone said earlier, that the action should've been more on Remi's very harsh life. He seems to have like a fairytale adventure, which is not in accordance with the book.

Again, the music is brilliant. And when i was a kid, i imagined Vitalis being like that guy, so that's great.

Away (2020)

The trailer is misleading...

Well... the movie is about sentimental issues, personal dramas and silly feelings. However is very relaxing, it helped me to relax every evening after work. It is filled with cliches so it feels like all the movies i have seen before. The science is beyond logic and pretty dumb, the action is nowhere to be seen, the feelings feels so fake, but even so i enjoyed the movie, for its slow pace.

A Ghost Story (2017)

Really bad...

This is really really bad... I understand the idea of a 'different' kind of movie and concept, but i feel i wasted my time watching this. I gave 2 stars because there's a scene where some guys are talking about something interesting at a table, but that's about it. If that happens after we die, well... it's pretty worse than living. This should have been a short movie, like a 20 minutes movie. What's the point in watching a woman eating a pie for like 10 minutes ? Interesting enough, the trailer catches you and you hope for something pretty cool. But the trailer contains the entire action of the movie. So just watch the trailer and don't waste anymore time...

The New Pope (2020)

It's a 10 !

The content of the series is not that complex as the "The young pope" one... but the cinematography is fabulous. The sounds, the compilation of scenes, the story (even if is pretty slow) is brilliant and beautiful. The music of the series is so well chosen that captivates you into the movie. The new pope is a beautiful piece of glass, each english accent word of his is a living story. Congratulations for the show from a humble hbo viewer !

The OA (2016–2019)

It's a 10/10 for me ! Fantastic and unique show !

The idea of going through different lives and dimensions is so well written in this show that you can't stop watching it. Loved the characters, their acting and the fantastic well written script !!! Such a great show !!!

The Leftovers: International Assassin (2015) Season 2, Episode 8

It's a 10/10 ! The best episode there is !

This episode from The leftovers was the best episode from a TV show i have ever seen in my entire life. It was amazing, pure cinematography, raw talent, pure beauty. A lot of hidden symbols and hidden meanings to everything. A lot of emotion, beautiful shots that make you feel you're in another dimension (for example, the hotel has such tall ceilings...). And that bird... you kill the bird here, it will reborn in the normal world. And the little girl.... such an impressive acting. I was amazed about every minute of this fantastic work of art. Whoever reads this: just watch the show from the beginning and wait for this episode. Watch it and be amazed !

A very good show

Ok, so today i've seen the ending of season 3. I also read some really bad reviews here for season 3. I don't agree with them. I really liked the ending. I loved all the episodes, all those mixed feelings they transmitted... That feeling of being dead and alive again, that feeling of being alive but waiting to die, because you have to. I will give it a 9, since some things were absolutely strange (the police office was empty all the time, Yoorana was a pretty empty town, Noregard was a top facility, but everyone was able to escape from it easily, Kate is almost faded in the 3rd season... and finally i really hated that handbrake sound whenever James stopped that stupid car... what's the point of that sound anyway ??). On the other hand, all their stories were well built, and it felt like each person who came back had a purpose to fix some things. Only Charlie was wondering around without any real purpose. I have nothing against gays, but all those gays kissing scenes were pretty useless and boring in the end of the series... However i'll give it a 9 ! Cheers mate ! :)
