I am one of the few people that hasn't seen the first Incredibles, but this movie is pretty enjoyable. The problem is that it is only enjoyable. It doesn't try anything more than the bare minimum of a time waster for a few hours. It's overall just a generic movie that if it didn't have the Disney name, would be in the bargain bin. Films (especially pixar and other big companies) should strive to put more effort in rather than this bag of ok. Movies like this don't inspire or challenge anything. It's not really a turn off your brain movie either, it's just fluff.

Awful as a youtube video, worse as a real movie

Warning: Spoilers
I can barely even comprehend this movie. I could sit here for hours writing this listing every thing that doesnt make sense, but you don't want to read that. The animation is really terrible. The characters clip into each other, and the movements are reused mocap movements or basic R15 movements. Conveniences just happen out of nowhere to move the story foward. The cameos are hammered into your skull and completely ruin the point of cameos. The character deaths and characters themselves have no motivation or development. The voice acting is awful because nobody is trying. The mouths don't even move on the characters!
Although it can be so bad it's good. It's like the creator wanted to make something great, but realized half way through he could just make profit off of last guest plushes. The movie thinks it's way more amazing and brilliant than it is. I could howl at the stupidity of this movie all night long. 2/10

Initially, I thought it was a very sub-par sequel that was sadly expected from a director that hadn't touched these characters in a decade. It still is, but the more I think about it the more I like it. Just shut it off before the end. It gets awful at the end.

Only 10/10 Movie of 2019

I cried, it's fantastic. Theirs a twist that I wouldn't dare to spoil. It's funny when it needs to be and sorrow when it needs to be. The fact that this came out of Disney is wild to me. I can't say to much without spoiling the movie.

Solo: A Star Wars Story

Solo? more like So-So

Warning: Spoilers
This movie has good things in it. (sets, music, effects, your standard Star Wars stuff) That being said, the main problem is the characters. 1. There's no point having so many new characters, as we know they gonna die because we never see them in all the other movies. We already know how the story plays out for 95% of the new characters. I would say it has stakes, but when you know all the new colorful characters will die (because like I said, we never see them at any other point). On top of that, the new characters feel bland and forgettable. i CANNOT name a single new character in this movie besides L3. Most of these problems carry on to the story, where they chose to write it in such a way that makes it again, predictable. For example, we know Lando, Han, and Chewy are going to live. The only parts I liked about the characters and story were Lando and Chewy (who even then felt a little generic). There's a twist at the end of the movie involving Darth Maul and I'm going to stop referencing it because it's so bad and will probably end up going nowhere due to the film under performing at it's opening days. In terms of comedy, nothing really got me. There was one joke with L3 and Han in the Millenium that gave me a light chuckle. On top of all this the first 30 minutes are DREADFULLY boring. I think watching a Chia Pet for a week would be less boring than the first 30 minutes of solo. After that it's not really boring even though it didn't need to be as long as it was. Most of the good things like the music, sets and effects are pretty standard for a modern Star Wars Movie. Acting is ok, the recasts are fine NEXT. In the end, Solo isn't as infamous as the prequels, isn't as good as the New trilogy, (except Last Jedi maybe), and isn't as good as the original trilogy. It's in the very middle in terms of Star Wars movies. You can feel Disney's greed sink it's teeth into this franchise by making average movies that come out annually until the franchise is buried into the ground. 5/10
