Who Killed Joseph Smith? (2022)
Finding out the truth after a lifelong lie might make your head hurt, keep watching.
This evidence may change everything you thought you knew about Joseph Smith and who conspired to kill him and why.
Is it all true? Hard to say, but the facts are thoroughly documented and in this documentary we the viewer are taken through the story the Forensic Evidence tells...
Isn't that what we would do now in a high profile murder? Look at the story the evidence tells and see if it matches the story the eyewitnesses told?
The history of Joseph Smith we learn in Sunday school we are told a story written by the survivors in the room when he was murdered...
They were in the room, and they told us what happened, but DO their stories match the evidence?
In this documentary we hear the logical story the evidence tells and it is a story that makes a lot more sense.
So much sense it may make you uncomfortable the first time you hear it because it goes so outside what we have been taught all our lives!
This is very well worth the watch, I give it a ten because it breaks wide open a big truth with great story telling and evidence and leaves me wanting more!
Any Given Sunday (1999)
The Mighty Ducks, with an occasional F word
Great acting, love Al Pacino and Cameron Diaz. Decent imagery, cool football scenes, but the plot seems strangely familiar.
A really really good team, gets a new player, 'QB', he tears the team apart. They falter for several games, the coach gives a speech to bring the team together and voila, final game they turn everything around. Oh what a tense final moment, do you think they'll win? PLEASE!
Yes there are a couple 'new' side plots but this movie was mostly generic. If you've ever wondered what a Disney movie would look like with cursing, male frontal nudity, and violence... this movie's for you!
Playing God (1997)
Terrible, Extremely Terrible
Cool idea... botched writing, botched directing, botched editing, botched acting. Sorta makes me wish I could play God and strike everyone involved in making this film with several bolts of lightning.
Clerks (1994)
Grossly offensive, yet irresistible
A good comedy will make you laugh even days after viewing, this is a GREAT comedy. If you've ever been maddened by the idiocy of our species (ie the human race) then this is the show for you. Sarcastic, witty, intellectual, irreverent--oxymorons yes; yet they all exist in this movie side by side and they seem to complement each other quite well.
PS- NOT a good date movie, I learned that the hard way!
Varsity Blues (1999)
Don't have to be a fan of High School Football to enjoy.
Although this wasn't the most solid script ever and it didn't present any values or commentary on society worth noting, except it did criticize some Americans over inflated value of Football, this was an entertaining movie worth seeing. I'd recommend it.
