The Others (2000)
The Thrillogy is back!
12 February 2000
I've been waiting for so long for NBC to bring back their Thrillogy! "The Others" is the perfect companion to the other two shows that make up the Thrillogy ("The Pretender" and "Profiler"). The writers have hit the jackpot on this one. The acting is superb; the idea of a reluctant heroine is great! This is a show that I can tell is "destined" (pun intended) to stay on the air for a while.

7th Heaven (1996–2007)
excellent show, morally and spiritually uplifting
15 March 1999
Executive producers Brenda Hampton, Aaron Spelling, and E.Duke Vincent and a stellar cast led by Stephen Collins and Catherine Hicks have made 7th Heaven an excellent family show. It is so morally and spiritually uplifting. In the nineties, there are so few shows that can truly be considered "family" shows anymore; even most prime-time shows nowadays are full of remarks and innuendos not suitable for younger children. 7th Heaven is a wonderfully delightful exception. Not only is it about a warm and loving family, but each episode deals with real-life problems, from the simple (Ruthie having trouble with her school work) to the not-so-simple (Lucy's friend Jimmy Moon suspected of using drugs). This is a show that I recommend highly to anyone who likes to feel good, and recognize that with love and a supportive family, even the hardest problems can be solved. I personally never miss an episode, and have gotten several friends to watch it as well. But, hey, don't take my word for it...watch it for yourself and see just how great this show really is. I can almost guarantee you'll be hooked.
