A genuinely unsettling series of images and sounds accompanied by an inescapable feeling of dread. I wouldn't say it was bad, but that I never want to see it again.

I don't like it. It scares me

I feel like I might have nightmares. My exact words after watching this were "what the heck did I just watch, i hate it", but the more I thought the more I a realized how interesting it was. It seemed a take on beauty standards but it also made me feel physically ill, so I rated it a five just because. I still have 280 characters left so I will just put a bunch of fun words: pulchritudinous, hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliaphobia(I spelled that wrong), floccinaucinihilipilification, tergiversation, psychotomimetic, pseudopseudoparathyroidism, polyphiloprogenitive. That was a bunch of fun words so hope you enjoy.

Stylish, but unsettling
This must be creepiest animated short ever done by the National Film Board of Canada, an unsettling satire to the plastic surgery industry.

The visuals are pretty stylish, even if plenty of the imagery displayed here is quite unsettling to watch. Definitely not for those faint of stomach.

I might not be a horror short, but it's certainly chilling.

Grotesque beauty satire.

Digital toon. Grotesque waxy figures subject themselves to beauty parlor treatment. Original imagery makes for a memorable short continuing the Film Board Tradition of advanced animation.
