This is a show not reality
bulutozbilgin24 January 2024
Everybody please stop the hate. Go watch a documentary if you want something real. This is a drama show also this happened before covid so they might not have known much about quarantines. A drama show needs drama and this was great. This is for ENTERTAINMENT not for whatever yall haters want and yes the killed people off but that added a part or the truth that people wanted that people don't always magically survive. Everything being locked and rhe transplant location needs added a tense tone and so did the emotional state of reznick after she couldn't save her patient plus Shaun's break down had beautiful acting. Well down episode.

Very Intense, I like it.

I thought it was hilarious how they chose the Christmas episode-which actually did start as very cheery and Christmassy-to be the most traumatizing episode yet (in my opinion). Something that no one obviously unexpected for the occasion. It was a nice surprise.

Dont care if they die !
euc_deidara7 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Let me just start saying that this was without a doubt the best episode of this show so far

So many things happening Almost in the same time it was intertaining and Refreshing.

Some good interactions but i must say that the love between that cop and doctor reznick was stupid and it felt out of placed ... well Im glad hes dead now right ! Well anyways

Now i really want to see why Dr.parks son was acting like a total jackass to his dad (i remembered the "storie" he told a few episodes ago but im still confused to why he was acting like that .... )

Melendez... and Lim ... Ohh boy Thats tragic (and i know shes not dead yet and im pretty sure shes gonna make it) I think they should talk to each other when this over because hes obviously in love and im not sure if lim is ...

Dr glassman cancer is back !! My guess is that his going to die later in this season i dont rlly care if he dies but i do care to see how murphy his going to prepare himself to that. Can he prepare his mind to that .. can lea help him ??

Hes growing as doctor and a person almost every episode .. and i want to see how he passes the confusion and chaos that we saw in the last scene of this episode

S2.E10 - Intense Episode [9/10]
panagiotis19934 March 2024
Warning: Spoilers
(S2. E10) My Live Reaction / Review for The Good Doctor Season 2 Episode 10 ''Quarantine''. The previous episode was good and I gave it a rating of 9/10. Let's see if this one is better or worse. This virus seems very dangerous. Already two people dead? That's insane. It would be interesting if Shaun got infected, I would like to see how he would react. Dr. Lim is infected? That's really bad news but also interesting. Another person just died, im afraid for Dr. Lim, she could die too. Dr. Glassman said ''Its back'', does that mean that the tumor is back? That sucks. Is Dr. Lim dying? What's going on? Overall this episode was good and I enjoyed it. My rating is 9/10.

Quarantine...
splathowa9 January 2021
This episode aged poorly in the time of Covid. If you have an infective patient in your ER, why the hell would you continuously don and diff your PPE especially if you're already exposed and expose everyone else in the unit.

The stupidity of this episode was only exceeded by the stupidity of the next episode, Quarantine Part 2
fridrik-344-5635915 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I know this was before COVID19 so not everyone knew as much about pandemics and quarantine as we do now but come on... these are supposed to be doctors. And exceptionally brilliant ones too. They have a possibly airborne virus and no one is even wearing gloves or a mask. And they are just closed off without getting any help from outside for I don't know how long but judging from how much happened it must have been at least more than a day. No effort to trace the disease outside the hospital. Three people get infected and die within hours but yet it's only spread to one more person in addition to those three. What about all the other people who were on the airplane and at the airport and the ambulance personel involved in transporting them to the hospital? And in the end everyone gets a negative PCR test and are allowed to walk out like nothing ever happened while, in the background, we see CDC personel transfering the three dead bodies wearing isolation uniforms (although that actually happens at the end of the next episode, which is even more stupid than this one).

bah humbug
annieroob12 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Well that was a miserable episode for a Christmassy one. I understand writers like to do meaty stuff, but this episode, come on. I thought it was sloppy, I would have thought the government health teams would have been involved sooner, what about that plane full of people going home to infect people they come into contact with. Sorry it was full of plot holes.

So bad it made me quit the show
heidiguard-nanookie16 June 2020
I could barely get through this episode. The medicine was so horribly wrong that even I, as a lay-person, could not bear it. Everybody was behaving so incredibly unprofessional. I have not watched the show in a while and after this, I will not continue. It's just too jarring to have to witness, again and again, how medicine and science is completely disregarded.

Worst episode!!!!
mapine5 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Lazy lazy lazy writers!!! Shame on you! Couldn't think up a good enough story except for "let them all die"?? Do you also write for the Walking Dead because this was just as depressing at that show. I'm only giving it a 1 because I couldn't rate it a zero. I am sincerely disappointed in this episode. This was my favorite show at one time. You should be very careful as people only watch tv to escape the misery in the world not add more. This just upset me, it was horrible! I'm not sure I'm tuning in again after this.

Just random drama
imgvdheijden7 December 2018
I just watched the anticipated mid season finale; while I already saw in the promo that it would be a little over the top dramatic, that isn't necessarily a bad thing for me, especially for a Christmas episode. But honestly, I feel like this was written by someone who has no understanding of human emotions. Not once did I get emotional. It is not because there was a lack of drama happening: One huge thing after another. But none of it touched me, as there was no build up, no moments to really feel the characters emotions. Just plain on the nose crying and screaming and panic. It was just a collection of scenes where all kind of things happened with no emotional connection from me as a viewer, with characters feeling and doing things that felt quite out of character for me, or at least I must have missed all the clues as to what that character was feeling over the previous episodes. And then there was a lot of noise and a lot of drama going on. So basically, if the goal of this episode was to make me relate to autistic people they should get an A+ because I didn't understand any character or their emotions, and became increasingly annoyed by the noise and drama overkill.

What is with the nun habits instead of regular isolation protective equipment
dendo-201-4631395 January 2019
Not so great an episode. I was distracted by the sci-fi cloth isolation "habit".
