Other reviews are right. This is a bunch of relatively unattractive people (they seem very proud of the fact that they have jobs though- and the show brags that it's a bunch of "successful" professionals who take time from their busy schedules to party for 3 weeks, apparently people who have jobs are automatically successful?). I think since Below Deck is popular, Bravo thought if they stick people on a boat they automatically have a hit show. These people are neither attractive nor interesting, and the dilemmas they deal with are wildly uninteresting (one girl hooks up with a guy another girl has a crush on. Omg. Or, one girl tries to make meatballs on the boat even though there are two designated meatball makers on board). I even feel bored writing this review. And I usually love bravo. This is even worse than their flop in the ski house in Whistler a few years ago.

Trying too hard to concoct drama that some of it makes no sense. The boat is trashed and the "captain" seems to always be drinking, is that legal in the Bahamas? These people are not worth watching.

This may be the lamest cast of any reality show I have ever watched. They aren't clever, they aren't funny and they aren't entertaining. The whole concept is actually really cool yet somehow these characters totally missed the mark on being likable, Good try Bravo, better luck next time!

I've never seen a more immature group of adults in my life that Danielle is pitiful!!! I can't believe that she compared herself and her boyfriend to George Clooney and his wife what a joke she is so ugly!! Looks like a bunch of adults that need to grow up!!!

I'm actually enjoying the first two episodes. I mean, when you are watching Bravo reality shows, you expect certain things. But I'm finding myself very curious about the whole show and the people in it. So much that I'm trying to Google LOL. Take it for what it is and enjoy it or don't watch anymore. I will be watching.

The cast is filled with losers, all close to 40 years old. You couldn't find attractive people to put on the show?

The whole concept is trash and I wish I could have the hour back I wasted watching this.

This is the dumbest reality show Ive ever seen. How old are these morons, 40?! There is nothing cool or funny about old/fat people trying to be wild crazy college kids. Its just sad and pathetic. I wish I could give this negative stars.

Utter Drivel

I'm very disappointed to report that after 2 episodes of Season 1 I am so bored. I had such high expectations of this show. I was hoping this was going to be like another 'Below Deck' - how wrong was I!! These people are trying too hard to try and show the world how fun they. All I saw was bored people with zero charisma. So a typical episode: The group lounge around all day on the deck of the catamaran. At night they then dress up in ridiculous costumes. They walk to a bar. They have a drink. They go back to the boat. They make loud noises (the girls often more louder than the guys). Some act drunk. Someone goes to bed early. Repeat. Captain Jack keeps reminding the viewer how they're all so crazy and mad for having fun. Really?? No wonder there's no Season 2. Don't waste your time. Utter drivel!

If you enjoy watching Below Deck or Below Deck Med, than you will enjoy this New series! In my opinion it is better than below deck! Can't wait to see season 2!

This show should be UNANCHORED from the planet and shoved into space. These people are DELUSIONAL! If you're not angry enough at the current state of the world, just watch this. The soundtrack and cinematography are quite nice but don't worry, they'll be ruined for you by the voiceovers from these narcissistic idiots.

20 and 30 somethings, gainfully employed, with senses of humor??! How dare they have a good time!!! Work hard, play harder. And there are rules - that's what separates them from the animals. Unanchored is a wild and crazy good time and not for those that are boring. It is real. Unicorns exist. This show is surprisingly vulnerable and real and proof that there is an alternative to the cookie-cutter-life-plan. These are real people and anyone that says otherwise is just jealous they didn't think of this themselves.

In the intro Captain Jack tells us of a secret society called the "Bucket Lust", formed from a bunch of wealthy "best friends", who may or may not have known each other before the show, who go on an adventure holiday and LARP around as bohemians for 3 weeks - so only slightly longer than the normal summer trips most people go on.

The main guy, Captain Jack, might as well change his last name to Sparrow, given that he's basing his entire personality on that character. The other characters are nearly just as bad, trying so desperately hard to appear cool and interesting, when really they're just pretty ordinary.

Why do these losers keep talking about they have jobs at home? Why when it shows scenes of their very important jobs they are acting out the role of a 'very important person's talking about something'very important' on the phone while sitting in front of computer screen. By God, they're in their 30s, they should have jobs! Except the moron who's biggest plain to success is he went to law school..now has grown his hair out. The boys all love to dress up..in costumes...one if the girls needs to get her easpy voice checked out by a doc, and doc podiatrist on the boat is extremely unlikeable. In fact all are, and I can only assume they're all acting..and not good at it. Their voices are put on..not normal speech...worst show ever!

This is the WORST tv show ever! How utterly embarrassing and pathetic. No wonder Bravo made only one post about this. They knew from day one it was bound to be awful. TIME TO GROW UP! This is HARD to watch. It got to a point everyone in the rooms was laughing how awful this was. This is grown men and woman, a doctor acting like a self absorbed child, a guy who looks in his late 40s who has clubs in college still and wears spandex costumes looking like a child molester, a drop out lawyer who needs a haircut and a boat captain you feel bad for having to put up with grown adults who should of realized it's some to grow up 20 years ago and take your job more serious. Awful, awful, awful. I would never go into any establishment or do any business with any of these folks.

Sounded like a cool reality show, something new and fun. Then you meet the cast and suddenly your having Jersey Shore flashbacks. The women are absolute trash, just nasty with very little respect for themselves. The men actually seem legit, none are that attractive but they seem to at least be like the premise of the show "professional men having a one a year good time" but will never be respected if these trashy women are by their side. The one guy that keeps saying his mother would not approve of the backwards hat wearing nasty trash girl should run like hell. There is one positive, some of them are Alabama fans, ROLL TIDE!

The apocalypse has arrived

Sadly, this show goes way beyond being the worst television program of all time -- it exemplifies everything that is wrong with the human race. As it has been correctly stated in other reviews - this cast includes the most spoiled, unbearable, unattractive, misguided, entitled, eccentric, whiny, immature, pathetic group of hopeless losers that could ever be conglomerated. There is not one moment, of one episode, where any single character ever discusses, mentions or even hints at anything that could be considered honorable, productive, or beautiful about this world. It is an entire season of circle-jerk torture - drinking, cheating, bragging, whining, crying, fighting, manipulating, lying, begging, and unfortunately breathing. It is impossible to imagine that there are people in this world so shallow, ignorant, and self-absorbed, that they actually thought that this embarrassment would be a well-received, viewable experience. If there is one positive - it is that this train-wreck provides the perfect example of what we should all teach our children - to try to live their lives as the exact opposite as every single one of these sorry thirtysomethings that have zero understanding of their own human existence.
