- A 25 week old baby has to be delivered by c-section and the operation becomes very gory. Masses of blood spill onto the floor and the doctor has subsequent trauma flashbacks in almost every episode after during everyday tasks.

- A main character commits suicide in episode 6. The actual suicide isn't seen on camera but it is mentioned that the doctor has committed suicide and everyone becomes very upset. This could be intense for some viewers.
- A mother gives birth and experiences a bleed. She is rushed to the hospital and becomes very ill. The doctors have to act quickly to save her life.
