As others have mentioned this episode actually caused brain pain to contemplate what was being fed to us as a storyline.
They might as well talk in caveman delivery for all the subtlety and depth we're given.
Chubby Hobo Whoopie Goldberg continued to be astonishingly unconvincing. Where do they get these actors from? The local village drama society? In what parallel universe does this chubby middle aged mum pass as a skilled zombie wrangler (when no one else has these skills) and quick witted badas$ who continually kicked the seasoned real fighting machine pros. There's just nothing in the show to convince us this would ever happen, let along has happened with this elderly mum character, and continues to happen again and again. Couldn't they at the least find a real life wiry meth head to give the role some conviction.
Alica's "I did what you told me Morgan, I'm helping people, just like you told me Morgan, cos you said the words and I'm doing it"................ Wow. Stunning writing. only met or surpassed by Morgans "I gotta get you outta here cos I got you in here, and it's my job to sacrifice my life cos I said let's go that way which was better than racing a heard of zombies down a straight road, but it's my duty, I owe you"............wow again. Pure Children's Nursery Rhyme level story telling right there.
I feel sorry for the actors, but then are they just in auto mode now and don't even pre read the script, just say the lines and get the pay cheque.
Again John Dorie manages to shine and be likable as the last actor left on the payroll who still has some self worth and pride. Strand, was there, no one else matters and Al went AWOL.
Stunning in a bad way. why am I watching this? I really don't know, help me stop. As for the 10/10 best episode yet people, I hope you're getting paid well you shills, fingers crossed it doesn't get renewed. The new 'under the dome'. sink this sinking ship.
