Amy's name tag says "Claudia."
Amy questions why a toy broomstick would have been recalled, to which Jonah presses a button on the broomstick and it begins to vibrate between her legs. In 2001, in support of the Harry Potter franchise, Mattel actually released a broomstick toy (the Nimbus 2000) with a vibrating feature. While it was not recalled, it was discontinued and never reissued despite the Potter franchise's continued popularity. The Nimbus 2000 was reportedly even sold in some adult book stores for much the same reason Amy realizes the nature of the recall here.
At the end of every episode the card for the production company Spitzer Holding Company features a variety of items they specialize in. In this episode they list Aqua Dots, Buckyballs and "Don't Do Drugs" Pencils.
The customer that Amy and Jonah barge in on in the dressing room is the same man who was stuck in a pair of faux-leather pants in Super Hot Store (2017).
