This is the first film from Sofia Carrillo I have seen, and it really caused a very good impression in me: The animation it's absolutely gorgeous, fitting perfectly well for the story depicted here, the type of story that manages to be simultaneously creepy and captivating, perhaps meaning to evoke both the innocence and the macabre imagination many children tend to have (Or at least, used to have, before parents started giving them cell phones from a very young age)
Some details are not very clear, but they don't need to be for the plot work perfectly well. In fact, the creepiest plot elements are those kept in ambiguity (What exactly is the "Other Cerulia"? Were her grandparents really brought back to life?)
The ending in particular seems a bit obscure, but it would nice to see at least one sequel for this short.
