Sex & Nudity

Violence & Gore

  • Graphic murders throughout the song and in the video itself. Very graphic violent song, and lyrics.
  • Diabolical images, as we see Hell and Cube and Dre are apparently head demons, working for Satan. Disturbing images and pure terror.

Profanity

  • Graphic non-stop language.
  • MPAA movie rating equivalent with reasons: "Rated R for non-stop graphic language, strong brutal bloody violence, terror, and disturbing images, involving Hell."
  • Cinemax content warnings for the video: (from 1997 and on) TV-MA-LV, and it contains GV - graphic violence, GL - graphic language, AC - adult content.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Given how Dr. Dre and Ice Cube rap about drugs a lot, the "hallucination" part might also be a double-entendre for drugs, but there's no drug content otherwise.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A scary song. One of the first horrorcore rap songs to make it big. Creepy song. A perfect bland of rap, horror, and to make it scarier, thriller (as there really are mass murderers who do the twisted things in the song and video, not Dre or Cube, of course).
  • Dre talks about seeing the Devil in the mirror. Creepy.
