Paid entirely for by money intended for Kevin Healey's charity, Staffordshire Adult Autism Society, including a cheque bequeathed of £1000 from a will.
Despite the title (being about twin brothers), the majority of the film centers on Kevin himself. His twin-brother only had 4 pages written about him in the autobiography.
Shot with a Blackmagic URSA, which much of the £6000 film budget went toward.
Despite being shot with a Blackmagic URSA, the film has never been released on anything other than on DVD. With the subject of the film, Healey, being removed from the charity in 2019, to be replaced by an all-new charity board, it is very unlikely that it will ever see a re-release again as thousands of unsold copies of the DVDs and the books has since been destroyed.
Like the autobiography, widely regarded as a vanity vehicle for Kevin Healey.
