As the show opens, Jamie and are supposedly driving a Ford Crown Vic Interceptor. They receive an "officer down" call and when they arrive on scene, they get out of a Chev 9C1 Malibu.
When Frank goes to see the inmate in the federal prison, the guards and inmate are wearing the wrong uniforms. US-BOP guards wear black pants and a white shirt. Federal inmates wear tan shirts and pants, not orange jumpsuits with "DOC" on the back.
One of the cops describes a person fatally shot as DOA.
DOA is the term used in hospital E.R.'s to describe a patient that arrives at
the E.R. and has died before getting there. The correct term to describe
a person found to be dead anywhere outside of a hospital, e.g. at a crime,
or accident scene, is DOS (dead on scene)
When the officers arrive at the armed robbery, you can see a real NYPD patrol unit in the background. It is real because it does not respond to the very urgent call in the show, and it disappears between the arrival shot and subsequent shots.
Gang member shot dead laying in the gutter moves his hand from his face to the side. Scene 18 at 15:16.
