When Sgt McGuigan is skiing towards Olivia his goggles are on as he starts to come to a skidding stop. He is still coming to a stop but his goggles are now on top of his head. There is no way he could have flipped them up that fast.
While Scott and Olivia are on top of the glacier talking, the NY Islander logo is on the right side of his head. When they get up to leave, the logo switches to the left side of his noggin.

When SGT McQuillan is in his office, he is wearing a white dress shirt under his sweater. When he walks outside, the white dress shirt is gone, and he is only wearing a white T-shirt under the sweater.
In the program at the end, soldiers in the light booth as well as in the audience have hats (covers) on. They would never wear hats inside. This isn't an outdoor USO show.
Sgt. McGuigan's use of Cover is all over the board. He doesn't wear cover walking to his car, or to a building, but is shown wearing his beret while driving in his Jeep,
In the restaurant scene where Olivia and her sister, Heather, are having lunch, the camera shots go back and forth with shots of the two characters. Heather has a cherry tomato on her fork in an over the shoulder shot while she's playing with the drink's straw when they cut to the second shot. It goes back 'n forth with inconsistent camera shots throughout the scene.
The credits show that Danielle and Charlie's last name is Young. It should be Roberts since that was Olivia's name when she was married. She even explains she goes by Roberts because of the kids.
Towards the end of the music, General Holt is introducing the school choir, who assembles to his right. Olivia directs the lit Christmas trees to be dimmed and the overhead lights on to shower the choir. When General Holt finishes his introduction and the camera shows the choir, the Christmas trees are lit and the overhead lights are turned on to shower the choir (which had already both been done, as stated).
Sgt. McGuigan appears to be in his mid-40's with at least 20 years in the service, extensively decorated including the CIB, extensive experience but at this point his is a SGT, E-5. Either he has been busted now down so many times, or the researchers need to make his rank comparable. At this point he should at least be a Master Sergeant or First Sergeant. E-8.
