Very hard to rate

This episode. I am slanted against this show...but it does definitely have highlights...so I won't ignore that.

This episode wasn't that bad. Amy and Jonah weren't so bad to be distracting... though they are both such train wrecks that the idea that Amy would be giving advice to Cheyenne...uh...yeah. They tried to do that...which is fine. Have Jonah and Amy be the sane rational ones with life experience that their opinions matter etc.

Yeah...no.

And...really...just give us 22 minutes of Bo and Glenn house shopping. You don't need all this other fluff.

I did enjoy Mateo struggling to get over the fence. So a throw away, insignificant thing...but made me chuckle...especially leaning on Jonah for help. That was subtle and funny.

So...this episode...ratings wise?

Oh...I don't know.

Maybe a generous 6 strictly bc of Bo.

And Glenn asking for volunteers was funny. But those scenes could have come out, and that would have been fine enough. Didn't need an entire episode with nonsense around the actual funny parts.a.

I don't know if it's me (maybe it is, but still), I find the Bo Thompson character quite irritating big time. Bo is quite simply way one dimensional, and I would have thought maybe fatherhood would have given him an extra dimension or two. Johnny Pemberton tries his best as Bo Thompson so really it's a shame he isn't given stronger material to work with.

It's puppies galore in Dog Adoption Day, and there's a hornet's nest as well to content with quite literally may I add.

I wish there were some British actors who made cameo appearances in this, such as acclaimed actor Danny Dyer or even Bill Nighy.
