Queen Victoria is depicted travelling in a train on Sir Robert Peel's Staffordshire estate while pregnant with her first child, putting the date as 1840. Victoria was indeed the first monarch to travel by train, but this was on 13 June 1842 from Slough to London on the Great Western Railway, with Isambard Kingdom Brunel, engineer of the line, in attendance.
In the carriage of the train, as the camera pans out, you can see a crew member crouching, hiding in the last carriage.
