• Bill rearranges the pores of an innocent civilian's face (i.e. mouth, earholes, eyes, nose, etc.) and the character is seen screaming in pain and horror. The civilian's daughter and wife are terrified and run away. Though there is no blood and gore, this can be an extremely disturbing scene. (Probably the most disturbing scene in the entire show.)
