Australian comedy web series The Film Lab has won two awards at the Los Angeles Web Series Festival (Lawebfest).
The Film Lab, by Sydney's Swingtime Creative, was nominated in three categories at the festival - the largest and oldest event on the web festival circuit.
The Australian team took home two awards including Best New Comedy Premise, for the creator/producer team and Best Comedy Director, which went to Swingtime managing director, Nicholas Hansen.
The Film Lab star and former Bachelor contestant, Heather Maltman, (Brock) collected the awards on behalf of Swingtime Creative.
"They nailed it," she said. "Two out of three. So proud of them. Wait until you see the speech I gave."
