- The Zeds usually appear naked, but other than that there's no sexual content whatsoever.
Violence & Gore

- Each time the player shoots a Zed, massive amounts of blood and viscera will pour out and splatter all over the place, and gore will stain nearly every square inch in the environment. This game is extremely bloody, and the gore is very highly detailed with it being the main focus.
- As said earlier, this game is an bloodfest. Each death is bloody, featuring bloodshed. The gore in the game even includes the following:
- Body parts, including internal organs like intestines, can, and will, be blown all over the place via explosions.
- Bones and internal organs can be exposed when a specimen is dealt enough damage to a specific body part. This includes their head.
- Heads can be sliced off, sliced in half, skinned, and flat out blown apart.
- All limbs can be sliced off at three different points. The hand/foot, the elbow/knee, and the shoulder/hip.
- Bodies can be sliced in half at the waist. Or down the middle, lengthwise.
- The actual models, putting aside what you can do to them, are brutal. Some have metal jammed into open wounds with jaws missing, some have them grafted on or into them, and some just have limbs replaced, very haphazardly, and so on.
- Blood splatters everywhere, to the point that the game actually keeps track of where the blood splatters on a level and keeps it splattered throughout the entire match. Adding onto this, there is an optional graphic mode that straight up adds a comical amount of simulated liquid blood that spills, drips, sticks to walls, and absolutely sprays out of wounds. This mode is rather hardware intensive, but if someone can stomach it, it's a sight to behold.

- The Zeds can frighten some people.
- The whole game is absolutely jam-packed, bloated and loaded with tons of incredibly graphic violence that is nauseatingly gory, extreme and absolutely omnipresent in basically every second, and it involves players having to brutally kill vicious zombie-like creatures called Zeds, which have escaped from a laboratory and are now rampaging cities all across Europe. The whole setting and gore is more than enough to seriously disgust some players.
