Writer/ Director Kosta Nikas Sacred Heart, out from Gravitas Ventures. Is a man journey away from God.
A once god following mans faith is torn when his wife and unborn child are mowed down by a hit and run driver.
Bent on revenge he searches and locates the killer. But before he can get his revenge he is visited by the priest from his church.
Spiraling out of control through booze and drugs everything is revealed about him and the priest through a very intense confrontation.
All there hidden secrets and desires are revealed and what comes out will
Shock the viewers.
Now the priests beliefs and the grieving husband are equally torn and gods
Presence is moving further from there hearts.
This movie is not preachy but cleverly told through a man who questions gods existence and why he would choose to take away his wife and kid.
The performances between these two actors is so brilliant you will be fixated to see what is revealed next. The priest played by David Field and the grieving husband Robert by Kipan Rothbury are brilliant under the careful direction of Kosta Nikas.
I usually shy away from religious theme movies, but this is a strong movie that is very realistic and needs to be seen. The mo is does weaken but only grows stronger in the final act.
There is redemption but not true Hollywood happy ending, but a bold approach to a terrible situation.
It will question your belief this movie and have you talking about if for days!
