In part 2 of the season 5 finale, the opening sequence shows Danny and Baez driving at night, trying to reach the uniform officer in the hospital. In the next sequence, when Sid tells Frank that Linda has been shot, the exterior shot of the building is during the day. When Danny learns the news in the following scene, it is night again.
Before the shooting, the clock in the background clearly shows 8:15. After the shooting it goes back to 7:50 wherein the victim was called dead at 7:52.
When Detective Reagan slides the photos of the dead witness' two girls in front of the gang member who shot the witness, the photos are facing the gang member. The camera cuts to Detective Reagan and when it cuts back to the gang member as he picks up one of the photos, the photos are now facing away from him.
Once the shooting stops in the hospital, someone in the team orders CPR. CPR is not an appropriate treatment for cardiac arrest due to blood loss from a gunshot wound, as CPR causes increased blood flow. The appropriate treatment is to provide attempt to stanch the blood flow and provide the victim with an emergency blood supply and significant fluids via IV.
When the ER doctor notices that Linda has been shot, he calls her "Cindy" which is wrong unless that's her work name.
