- Many violent shootings both on and offscreen, with many bloody results and aftermaths, with no results of gore. Sometimes, the blood is over-the-top.
- Because of time "fractures", people and objects freeze position relatively. It might be a bit disturbing, seeing figures move spasmodically, and being "frozen in time". The main enemy figure, Monarch Solutions, does unorthodox and precise killings of victims, depending on the player's choice. During this, it might be very hard to watch due to its disturbing.
