Bull-E is a terrific Simpsons episode with a very well written storyline and loads of very funny scenes. The show tackles bullying in this episode in a very funny way, watching it become an anti-bullying law across Springfield, one of the highlights of the episode was certainly Chief Wiggum allowing the most ridiculous acts of bullying pass as genuine crimes. I felt like the episode wanted to address the effect bullying has in the world to a certain degree but gave up half way through, I think it would have been a clever and necessary thing for the series to do and was disappointed they didn't. It further revolves around the complicated relationship that is Homer Simpson and Ned Flanders, I always enjoy seeing these characters together and this was a very sweet moment for them as it revolves around the many issues they have had together in the past. Bull-E is an immensely enjoyable Simpsons.
Marge fights for tougher anti-bullying laws, which lands Homer in hot water.
