Donna Paulsen : What are you talking about?
Harvey Specter : I'm talking the fact that our smoking gun just became inadmissible.
Donna Paulsen : Harvey...
Harvey Specter : How'd you get those documents?
Donna Paulsen : Are you asking if I did something illegal? Because I didn't.
Harvey Specter : Well, they went to the D.A., which means they think you did, so I'm gonna ask you one more time. How did you get in their file room?
Donna Paulsen : By walking through the door they buzzed open.
Harvey Specter : And why would they do that?
Donna Paulsen : Because I'm me.
Harvey Specter : What the hell does that mean?
Donna Paulsen : It means that I led the woman to believe that I was an official from Washington.
Harvey Specter : Led them to believe it or flat out told them? Because one kills our case and the other puts you in a world of shit.
Donna Paulsen : Harvey, I'm not an idiot, and I don't appreciate being treated like one. I told you I didn't do anything illegal, and I didn't.

Mike Ross : Harvey, they let her in.
Harvey Specter : According to you, but they're gonna claim fraud or theft or any number of things.
Mike Ross : What are you gonna do?
Harvey Specter : I'm making a deal to drop this case, that's what I'm gonna do, and you're gonna file the paperwork as soon as I do.
Mike Ross : So you're just gonna let this woman blackmail you without a fight?
Harvey Specter : You're damn right I am.
Mike Ross : Harvey, we can still win this case and clear...
Harvey Specter : There is no case, and I wouldn't give a shit about it if there was. I care about Donna.
Mike Ross : And you think I don't?
Harvey Specter : You care so much for her? Then draw up those papers, because I'm letting Evan know it's over.

Evan Smith : And what point is that?
Harvey Specter : If you drop any charges against Donna, we'll drop the lawsuit against you.
Evan Smith : Well, that's not a very even trade.
Harvey Specter : I'm giving your client the chance to get away with murder.
Evan Smith : Last I checked, my client wasn't being charged with murder, and I don't need you to drop your suit, because you have no case.
Harvey Specter : No case? Your client put a faulty train on those tracks, people died, and they knew it could happen the whole time.
Evan Smith : And you have no proof.
Harvey Specter : And where I come from, you cut a deal with me to make sure I stop looking.
Evan Smith : Then I guess we come from different places, because I didn't give that video to the district attorney to leverage you into a deal. I did it to blow you out of the water.

Donna Paulsen : I-I-I don't know. He's not even in yet.
Harvey Specter : Well, you tell him not to file anything, and you tell him to do whatever he has to to stick it to that woman.
