*Nsync has returned to the scene in more ways than one. In September 2023, the beloved boy band presented the Best Pop award to Taylor Swift at the VMAs — 10 years after the five men last gathered for a public appearance.
Then, in November 2023, *Nsync walked the purple carpet to celebrate the premiere of Trolls Band Together. They recorded “Better Place” for the animated musical comedy’s soundtrack.

Leigh Boniello was a 26-year-old music enthusiast, anxiously starting a new job for the Backstreet Boys during the height of their fame, when suddenly she found herself caught up in an epic made-for-tv romance.
“Her job was to get content of us doing stuff outside of the everyday show ritual, and I was always the one who would put my hand up when they’d ask, ‘Does anyone want to go hang-gliding in Rio today?’” Howie Dorough recalls to Et. “So, she would come out and we did the pyramids and so many fun things. I always joked the website became mostly about me!”
“It was like being on The Bachelor, because it was all these crazy experiences,” adds Leigh. “It was like, ‘Here we are in Mexico, let’s get a private tour of the pyramids and go on crazy adventures together!’ It just lent itself to a romantic situation.”

Joey Fatone is a lot of things — singer, dancer, runner, actor, hot-dog-restaurant owner — but one thing he will never be? An overbearing spotlight-focused parent.
The ‘Nsync alum chatted with Entertainment Tonight following an appearance on USA Network’s Big Star Little Star with 7½-year-old daughter Kloey Alexandra, dishing on the career path she may end up taking.

There's always a fine balance to be achieved when mixing genres successfully and horror comedy is one of those pairings that more often than not ends in failure but sometimes, when the balance is right, you get something that looks kind of like The Fiancé: a ridiculous premise that perfectly lends itself to a bit of schlock and man, it looks like a ton of fun.

What combination of things makes even less sense than a tornado made of sharks? How about a post-apocalyptic zombie Western made by and starring boy bands? Sheer absurd randomness (and its attendant clickbait) seems to be the well from which Syfy's Dead 7 was sprung, the latest original movie from the network that has brought us such single-serving classics as Sharknado, Dinocroc vs. Supergator and Titanic II. Like many that have come before it, this genre mash-up walks the crooked line between knowing how bad it is and taking itself just a tad too seriously.

For a B-Movie maniac like myself, Dead 7 sounds like a late-night dream. Take some 90s-era boyband icons, throw ’em into a steampunk-y Western dystopia, and record a closing-credits collaboration with lyrically tied-in cheesiness. Backstreet’s back, right?! Wrong.

In what is essentially an update of the Seven Samurai story, Dead 7 has received a trailer. This comes from Syfy and The Asylum. That's really all I have the energy to say about it at this point.
the film stars stars Nick Carter (who co-wrote the screenplay), A.J. McLean, and Howie Dorough from The Backstreet Boys, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick from ’N Sync, Jeff Timmons from 98 Degrees, and basically all of O-Town (Erik-Michael Estrada, Jacob Underwood, Trevor Penick, and Dan Miller).

Former 'Nsync member Joey Fatone insists he hasn't crossed over to the dark side by making a film with Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter, A.J. McLean and Howie Dorough. According to Fatone, uniting for Dead 7 wasn't a wild notion because the groups never had beef. "They tried to make it that way, but it was never really like that," the actor and singer, 39, told People at the N.Y.C. premiere of another film he's in, My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2. Added Fatone: "It was funny because we were always talking about what each other were doing because we...

In the olden days, you were Team 'N Sync or Team Backstreet Boys, but there was no middle ground (Team Switzerland was an invention of the next generation of tweens). But now, members of both boy bands doing the unthinkable and joining forces—to fight zombies in the upcoming Syfy movie Dead 7. My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 star Joey Fatone told E! News about the "larger than life" paranormal battle he's planning to fight with bandmate Chris Kirkpatrick, Bsb's Nick Carter, A.J. Mclean and Howie Dorough, 98 Degrees' Jeff Timmons and O-Town's Erik-Michael Estrada by his side. "It's a whole boy band movie, per se, but it has nothing to do with music," Joey explains....

"Larger than life!" That's only one of many puns that can be made about the Backstreet Boys, 'N Sync and 98 Degrees' new Syfy movie Dead 7. Syfy Australia debuted the TV movie's first poster on Twitter late Tuesday and Bsb member Nick Carter retweeted it. The poster shows Joey Fatone, Howie Dorough, A.J. McLean, Carter and more gearing up for what looks to be the gun battle of their lives, which obviously will be "larger than life." Honestly, any crossover featuring Bsb and 'N Sync would be epic, so we're only expecting good, if not ridiculous, fun from this movie. "We know what you're thinking - if only we had a film that starred the members of Bsb and...

It's incredible how the human body responds and transforms to even just 100 days of a consistent diet and exercise program. During the last 100 days your positive comments motivated me to push through and stay committed," he wrote.
