Hitler breaks a headlight on Sawatzki's car trying to kill a fly. Later in the film, the headlight is intact.
When Sawatski points his firearm at Hitler, it's deep in the night. They walk towards a building and then take the elevator. By the time they arrive at the top, it's already broad daylight.
After the television host meets Hitler he proceeds to be "Black faced" but when he storms out of the room almost all of the paint is gone from his face.
Hitler goes to have his uniform cleaned in the morning in full daylight. But when we see him with the lady in the cleaning shop, it is dark outside the window.
Hitler is portrayed by 6'1 1/2 inch actor with brown eyes, Oliver Masucci. Adolf Hitler was only 5'8 and had intense blue eyes.
The movie is supposed to be set in 2014 (with only a time skip of 3 months made known to the viewers), yet when Hitler is introduced to the Internet by Krömeier and he visits Google's home page the current Google logo is featured, said logo wasn't introduced until late 2015.

In the movie Hitler seems very surprised when he sees a television set and calls television "a great possibility for propaganda". However a television set shouldn't be new to him, as in 1935 Nazi Germany had the own television station "Fernsehsender Paul Nipkow", which was one of the first regular television stations in the world, broadcasting regular daily program for a few hours, including the Nazi Newsreels and Nazi Party movies. However in this movie he might be impressing his disgust, how this medium is used nowadays and about the content of the broadcasting content these days, also as mentioned later at his performance on the TV show.
In his voiceover Hitler mentioned that he will write a second great book. However the book he is writing in the movie can't be his second, as he wrote and released not only two parts of his famous book "Mein Kampf" in 1924-1926 and a brochure "My way to the new raise" in 1927, but also a manuscript as a sequel to "Mein Kampf" in 1928, this however wasn't released while Hitler was alive as it might have revealed to many plans of Hitlers foreign policy. It was released after his death in the 1960s (unauthorized) and in the 2000s (authorized).
At the end of his life, Hitler was suffering from the onset of severe Parkinson's disease. He walked with a visible tremble and his hand often would shake uncontrollably. When Hitler arrives in the future, all traces of Parkinson's are gone, although perhaps this was an effect of the time travel itself.
